He is honest in his dealings and will never engage in hard selling of any products or packages. I will strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional hairstylist who cares about his customer and knows his job well.

The hair services this salon has provided me this far is phenomenal . Awesome care and service throughout . Nancy and Min have been superb and magically warm . She was able to show me pictures of her past clients and their before and after were simply amazing! I decided to take a regrowth package with them. Have made 4 weekly visits since and each time Nancy and Wendy have been very attentive. They listen to feedback and customised the treatment according to the condition of the scalp. They shared advice freely and were very personable and friendly. Too soon to comment about the efficacy of the regrowth treatment but customer service is excellent!

The only thing that turns me off is the hard selling part by a short hair lady. Sometimes she is so persistent and loud that makes me very uncomfortable. To an extend that I want to skip the hair analysing part to minimise the contact with her and to be honest, I also doubt her advice. This part is definitely the reason that will stop me from continuing with them.
