Usually eat fried carrot cake on Thursday, and hv bn eating the dish at Handmade Carrot Cake stall at Tekka Market n FC.
Firm, adequate moisture, sweetness not overwhelming and generous use of eggs - brought to your table by one of the friendly people at the stall (he knows where u sit, even at such crowded eatery).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried their mini carrot sticks and they are good and value for money. We just tried their white carrot cake and ended up liking that too. Slightly oily but the taste was yummy. Only one issue was the staff need to be more organized in remembering and serving orders as the uncle there forgot our order and we had to go over to ask and then he looked at what he had written. Other than that, it is yet another hidden gem on the other side of tekka hawker centre.

Love their fried carrot cake (black option). Not too sweet, appropriate moisture, generous amount of egg and nicely presented.
And they w bring the cooked dish to you (they w ask you to take a seat while waiting).
