The noodles is ok. Plain Rice cannot make it, half cooked hard. Pls improve. Also noticed the ingrediants lesser compared to few months ago.

Patronised the stall around mid-Feb 2022. Bought two bowls of dry mixed beef thick bee hoon at the minimum price of $4. The portion was reasonable, and the taste of the sauce was OK although the soup was too peppery for me. There were only a few very small pieces of meat and tripe but understandable given the price. The reason for the 1-star review is that the second bowl didn’t come with any meat / tripe at all, only beansprouts, thick bee hoon and sauce. Unfortunately, it was realized only when the serving was already half eaten as everything was covered by the dark sauce at the beginning so it was too late to clarify with the staff. I would echo Winston Wu’s advice in his review that it would be best to check how much and what they’re giving you not just when ordering takeaway but also when dining in.

Was attracted by the photos to try the beef brisket horfun... Found the overall taste a bit too bland. Beef brisket was tender but quantity a bit lacking for a $7 bowl. The recommended sauces - a sour spicy chili sauce and cincalok, did help to lift the tastebuds. Will still give their beef noodles a try the next time round.

Some how this stall flavours differ from the one I had near Bedok reservoir. Still, a good bowl of beef noodles!

Ordered the beef noodles set B in soup $7 which comes with beef lean meat, meatball, briskets, tripe. Soup was clear and good. You can choose the noodles or rice you want.

Decently priced food, broth was pretty good. Added lime and pepper really gave it a nice kick. Meat balls are okay, I mean can’t go wrong cooking frozen meatballs in boiling soup. Portion is good enough for 1 person with space for dessert. Overall quite worth for the $3.80 price.

The premium mixed noodle with gravy is the better option as it’s more complementary. The beef soup is light to the palette as it’s a clear soup without a very strong beefy flavour. The homemade chilli sauces are all good. Overall decent beef noodles, try it!

Simmered for over 6 hours, we paired this rich beef stock with soup kway teow. This variation comes with lean beef slices, tripe, brisket and beef meatballs. Add in a spoonful of fragrant thai chilli oil for more flavour! ? ? ??????? ????? ??????? Ordered this with gravy-based thick rice vermicelli. The beef meatballs are tender and went well with the cincalok onion and galangal chilli. ? ???? ???? ???? Dip these steamboat favourites into the gravy or soup-based noodles for an extra crunch! ? ?????? ????? ???????? Added these flavourful vegetables too. Enjoyed it with the kway teow ? We heard that the stall uses quality Australian beef. Each bowl also comes with a good amount of ingredients. Though rich and flavourful, the broth isn't quite as thick as we had expected.
