having diarrhea after having this spicy sour fish as lunch. poor rating. suspect ingredient not fresh.

Terrible fish, one of the worst Chong qing grilled fished, no meat, all burned. Highly not recommended

Expensive! Took 1 meat, 1 mushroom, 3 vege and 1 instant noodle. It cost me $13. What even worst is that it only have 1 piece of beancurd skin inside whereby i ordered 100G of it

Taste better than 日日红 (Ri Ri Hong) but more expensive. Do not know why the rating is so poor. But they deserve better score (besides pricing)

No taste at all. Order medium spicy. No taste of spicy, salty and numbness etc. Just simply anyhow toss and send out. That’s it. NO NEXT TIME!

AVOID AT ALL COST FISH IS BURNT BLACK AND SMALL. Wanted to try some grill fish in the east and saw this beside the hawker stall. But the food is really poor. The fish is burn BLACK and is totally coated in flour. Soup is also oily than usual places and everything is just vegetables. Try the store next door for more authentic Chinese food.

3.5 stars due to opaque pricing. Food quality: Spices are more fragrant than many mala places. Small spicy 小辣 is ok and not burning. Food portion / Price: China lady will take the ingredients based on what you want and number of pax. Without weighing she can come up with the price, which definitely is more expensive but in no way much better quality than Ri Ri Hong Mala Xiang Guo at Chinatown. Crowd: No visible crowd present due to queue buzzer system, but expect to wait a bit for food. Food delivery: Available on Food Panda. Payment: Cash only.

Ordered 2 meats, rice cake, 1 veggie potato noodle and 1 instant noodle. Cost is $11. Pricing not unreasonable however the portion is based on the person who takes your selection, can be quite little. They have a price chart however they do not follow. Taste wise very very so-so. If I have another similar stall within 1km, I would go for the better one unless you are so craved for Mala dish. So bland and it seems that it is only a mixture of all stuffs jumbled together in a bowl. A 2 star is given for attitude, tone is like you as the customer owe them a living. Not a single gesture of thanks for the business given. Provide me with a Styrofoam box as my dining bowl or plate. Minus to 1 star for not being environmentally friendly. In conclusion, I would not visit this stall in future even if I were to crave for mala dishes. I rather take a grab and pay extra to somewhere else.
