The negative reviews this trainer already has tell what kind of person this trainer is. I do not want to waste my time writing this review. Just avoid at all cost!!! His responses to all the bad reviews on Google and Facebook reflect his rude, condescending nature.. Very not professional.. unresponsive.. rude.. all for the money.. Oh, and yes he has excuses for everything.... Please please reflect on your behaviour and things you say to your client and potential clients. That should help you!!

Mark was excellent in giving clear helpful guidance when we got our puppy. Our puppy is already making great progress with training, being 95% toilet trained after 2 mths, walking well, and confident with other dogs. Thanks Mark!

My family and I are first time dog owners. We contacted Mark as soon as we had our 2,5 kg furball puppy. We had 1:1 training with Mark from the first week we had Sven and he trained us to be the best dog parents and taught us how to avoid a lot of the common puppy issues. For us it was really important to learn Sven not to bite as we have a child. After a week of training we almost had no biting issues. Mark taught us all the basic commands and is realistic with the goals. Sven is now a teenager and acts as any other teenager, but we have the tools to make Sven the best version of himself and can always text Mark if we have a question for the training. Sven finished his course few weeks ago and we feel very well prepared to take on our new role as dog owners. After the course ended Sven has been boarding at Mark’s place and we feel so safe leaving Sven with him. We will definitely recommend Mark as a dog trainer.

Mark’s methods really works for my lab puppy, who was overly gregarious and spoilt. Within couple of days I can see a change from a naughty, destructive pup to a more obedient and restrained one. Over the weeks he has become a happier dog with happier owners also!

We signed up for the private puppy training and found the classes very helpful, Mark has excellent methods and we throughly recommend him.

We adopted a Singapore special puppy a couple of months ago. He had a lot of behavioural issues and was very scared of his surroundings. After the 6 classes with Mark, our dog has shown so much improvement. He listens to commands, he has gotten so comfortable with his surroundings, and his behaviour around people is so much better.
