β β β β β Rescued 2 dogs with behavioural issue ( 7 years and 2 years )
Enrolled both for Obedience Class
Sunny personally came to the house to listen to their needs
The class gave me handles to manage both of them
It is encouraging to see them responsive
Also sent them to Sunny's day school
where more healing is happening
very grateful for that
dogs have an opportunity to learn how to swim, socialise with many other species of dogs in a controlled environment, have obedience training.
what I appreciate most is the constant communication, videos to show how the dogs are progressing
and the team listens to feedback and yearns to keep improving.
The photo was taken this morning. They can now sit and stay with me hiding and will not escape. there are residents walking around with their morning trolleys and kids going to school

β β β β β Sunny delivered the results as promised and was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of dog behaviour. We wanted to ensure our puppy was toilet trained properly and amazingly with Sunny's techniques, she learnt very quickly. Would highly recommend to other dog owners/lovers to engage with Sunny to learn the proper foundations, it will save you a lot of time!

β β β β β Sunny Chong training school helps my pet in many ways, from learning to swim, to being able to perform different commands such as sit/down/stay.
The trainers are all very patient and compassionate , constantly providing update.
Many times hesitated on letting my pet to take kennel cough vaccination, but they have often encouraged to protect my pet.
Even their drivers are really nice. Will continue to send my dog over and he can earn to be more calm.

β β β β β Cara is now half way through in her 2 round of day school. She is enjoying it especially her swimming and socialising sessions. She has become more obedient and calm when she meets our dogs in the neighbourhood. She is my daily walking companion to help me in my stroke recovery which has greatly helps. It is a pity that during this period we are unable to do a live skills transfer class in school as I have benefited from these sessions to handle her . Planning to sign her for the 3rd round.

β β β β β Unresponsive and unprofessional to the enquiry that was being raise. We got a 1x session of 1 hr dog training (worth $150) free voucher with Sunny chong but the way they handled it is extremely disappointing.
Although it is understandable that during covid, they are unable to attend direct house visit (their policy - claimed by them) to train our dog, so they offer alternate solution to perform zoom training. However, after decided, they did not update us or do any follow up regarding to the zoom session. Hence, we decided to give them a call. This time round, they mentioned that this 1hr dog training session is just a chit chat session for first timer who have any enquiry about taking care of a dog but not training...
In other words, a proper 1 hr training via zoom now become Q&A session. This is extremely disappointing. Although this is a free voucher, Sunny chong should live up to their profession and name but not just "blush" off the deal, just like that...

β β β β β As a first time pawrent of a puppy, I was totally lost at training my dog. First few months was alright but when my puppy turned six months in December 2021, I was clueless at handling him. My vet recommended Sunny Chong Dog Training School (SCDTS) and trusting my vetβs recommendation, I called. Sunny came over to my place to assess my puppy and suggested suitable classes for my puppy. I signed my puppy up immediately for K1 n K2. I was apprehensive in the beginning letting my puppy attending school for such long hours without my presence. But my worries were redundant. SCDTS trainers are really professional. They keep me posted via photos and videos of my puppyβs training. Sunny, his trainers and admin staff are responsive to my queries and whenever I face an issue in handling my puppy, Sunny and his trainers will advise me on what to do even after their work hours. My puppy has improved so much in his behaviour thanks to SCDTS. The weekly Sunday skills transfer are really useful too where I get to interact with the trainers and seek advice. I am very impressed by Sunny and his trainers especially Alan, Ben and Eugene (trainers I come in contact most) in the ways they train the dogs particularly their swimming lessons and excursions for dogs.
I am looking forward to have my puppy becoming even more adaptable and assimilate into my lifestyle and house rules. Looking forward to sign him up for N1 after graduating from K2. Keep up the awesome work at SCDTS! I always love those photographs and vids send promptly by the SCDTS photographer.

β β β β β We've had THREE - not 1, not 2 but THREE dogs in this school SINCE 2020... the height of the pandemic. We stayed loyal because the most outstanding set of dog trainers. The problem is the owner. We officially withdrew from the school this week because they suddenly stopped picking up our dogs without notice after two years of relationship! No email. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL! We found out it's because we missed O-N-E payment of the monthly fee of O-N-E of our dogs! They claimed they messaged us several times on the group chat but no such messages exist. The deciding factor for us was when they further claimed our Helper replied each time! The owner, with his usual rude, arrogant communication style, even bragged he'll send screenshots of her replies. I kept following up but he never sent them. Of course! Because they don't exist! After that, we just couldn't continue giving him business for stooping so low. There's a limit to everything.

β β β β β Early June I adopted a 6 weeks old Singapore special puppy from a friend you could take care.
When I bring back the puppy home I realised he had, mild food aggression, he was barking too much, he wasn't pee pad trained, he was biting everyone at home. Children was scared of him because he plays by biting. Within a week I knew it was impossible for me to train him all by myself so decided to send him for puppy training. I called a few dog training schools and most of it was expensive.
That was when I came across Sunny Chong Dog Training School from pet lovers website. I called him and he came down to see my pup. After discussion we decided to enrol him for puppy training. 6 full day lessons (weekly once) with an affordable price. They also have weekly zoom lessons for potty training.
So far my pup has finished 3 lessons, my hubby and I can see so much of difference from the first day he came. He listens to us, the training he gets from puppy training works well. He is much more calmer. We can play with him and he understands when we say βno bitingβ. We need to reinforce but at least he listens now not like before.
They teach basic manners, potty training, social interaction, swimming and gym sessions. They send photos and videos of your pup in class too and give updates. I will really recommend this training for new pup owners.
