โ โ โ โ โ Pros: Appreciative of the service. The custom orthotic needed adjustment and they did make modifications to it. Their customer service is excellent and they stand by their product.
Cons: The custom orthotic is a little bulky so doesn't fit into most shoes, even sneakers. So your choice of sneakers narrows down considerably when you try to find a pair that will accommodate the orthotic.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a wonderful experience with Ms Pan Pan. I bought a customised insole in Jan due to my flatfoot issues and had thus shown progress after screening. She is very patient with answering my queries and doubts.
As the insole is on pricey side for me but she reassured me and mentioned is life-long guarantee so can adjust it as I progress. She also put in her very best to ensure the insole and shoes are comfortable for me and helps to solve my foot issue. Thank you Pan Pan!
