★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on Monday, ordered hor fun, Hong Kong bee Hoon n salted egg calamari...all tasty n affordable. Boss(Steven) was very busy coz he had to do the serving as well, his part time didn't turn up. His customers were very understanding n patient. kudos to boss, he was not grumpy at all...will come back for other dishes... yummy ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was totally intrigued to find a place with a rating of 4.9 stars as i am always sceptical of zombie reviews (especially those with 1 reviews attached to their names).
I ordered a number of dishes from this place and these are my comments and rating
- salted egg calamari (good. Really creamy and succulent - 4 star)
- 3 cup chicken (average. Too diluted in my mind and needs to have greater kick - 3 star)
- bitter gourd egg (average - 3 star)
- horfun (good. The horfun was cooked nicely with lots of wok hei - 4 star)
- fried chicken fried rice (average - the fried rice was a bit tasteless. Portion is huge by the way)
- curry chicken rice (good. The taste of the curry chicken is good and smells good - 4 star)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good zi char tucked in a nostalgic old shopping centre. The picture of the cereal prawn doesn’t do it justice: it is crispy on the outside and fresh and succulent inside! The garlic chicken wings are also to die for, ordered the lowest level of spiciness is sufficient to bring the dish to another level. The staff are also very friendly and attentive to your orders despite being short handed on a busy Friday night. A gem that is worth your bucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has really been a long while eversince l have stepped here for a meal. I loved the pork rib rice with egg. It is yummy. ? ? ? ?It took sometime for the stall holders to prepare my hot drink as they will need to boil hot water. Nevertheless, l have enjoyed myself. I will be back soon to taste other yummy delicacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Chicken Curry rice with Fried Egg, cost $7. Yes, I too feel that it’s a little pricey. The curry chicken was a little creamy and ‘jelat’. It was a little bland and not very aromatic as I thought it should. The chicken portion was good and so was the rice. The egg was fairly well done. Their sambal did come to the rescue a little. Overall 8/10
