★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff and officer there are very friendly, kind and helpful, I cannot say all the officer there are good but at least serve me that ladies Chinese officer is really caring and do her job well, and the security officer also very friendly, keep on smiling, make me feel very comfortable while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a choice to give no stars rating at all, I would definitely do that. Totally disappointed with the service provided by Farah Khalid from SSO Punggol. She contacted on the 6th Oct mentioning that more document proof will be required on my CSG application, through the phone she seems quite rushy, and didn't even bothered to listen out what I'm trying to explain. And I've forwarded the required document, I written in the email TWICE, ask her to acknowledge once she've received it, but she didn't even replied and I've to call in to check again whether she've received the document. It doesn't matter the application turns out approved or not, I'm just very upset with the service given.
If you can't cope with the pace of working for the social & public, and can't be bothered with a simple request like giving a simple acknowledgement, why are you even in this firm?
