β β β β β Staff generally very helpful manager incharge is very keen to help solve issues that the customer may face. Of course, there are a few bad apples here and there but mostly service is great

β β β β β Quick service recovery by the Manager. Order 2 cups Latte, seems and taste white coffee. Present to Manager, he confirmed white coffee. Latte was immediately replaced.

β β β β β 1. I have ordered my food (simple chicken meal) at 6:39PM but they served my food at 7:15PM :(
2. When I ordered my food from machine, it has the problem also.. receipt didn't come out.. I have informed to crew but they just ignored for sometime..
Meanwhile, other customers also ordered the food from same machine but they are clueless why receipts are not coming out..
Bottomline is I am very disappointed with McDonalds customer service.. very disappointing customer service on Friday evening..

β β β β β This is my first time and will be my last time to be here, your staff are definitely slow, i was place my order on 5:30pm. Well, i wait for 10min then they call my number, when i at pick up counter i saw i meal only left my drink never give me, and i was talk to aunty i only left drink, then the aunty tell me wait, she leave me one site then she continue pack her order for takeaway customer, after 10min i wait which is already 5:52pm i haven't get my drink at all, this is a bad experience to me and i will not going to this outlet anymoreοΌ

β β β β β Encountered three times from the kiosk order with ran out the receipts. And I have to approach to the staffs for three times and above, still nobody to come for change the receipts.
Yes, you replied that you are busy, but I can still see some of you still chatting. Every industry is with the busiest timing but this is not excuse.
If you cannot serve the clients in time (this is not even that I want you to serve me, only change the empty receipts). You need to find the solutions. Staffs training and the way to reply clients needed to be improved.

β β β β β Amongst all MCD in punggol/sengkang area, this is the best outlet interm if food quality. I ordered grab - they only found a driver an hour later that means i get my meals more than 1.30hr later. Its still warm. They put attention into my food ensure is warm right before delivery. Other MCD just throw in cold stale fries and burgers. I would see that if they take pride in deliveries, im sure they will ensure quality of food when dining in.
