Lisa Wong Women & Gynae Oncology Centre - Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre #12-17

Terrible experience. My wife was "indirectly ordered" to get her consultation for some strange medical practices and policies. During the consultation, handling was rough and not gentle. She is not polite as well. Unsure why she had to touch my wife's upper torso when the problem is elsewhere. Even if there is valid reason, we were not advised why. Initial price quote at counter was 400 plus, but we ended up paying double. Worse of all, when the results are out, we only got an email response. No effort taken whatsoever to explain. We also gotten a package for treatment. Only care about selling instead of the well being of the patient. I would have given a negative star if I could.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong. I had read the reviews here, and felt a bit nervous before my appointment, but had absolutely no reason to be. Dr. Wong took time to review my medical history, explain everything regarding my appointment in detail, and answer my questions. Her staff was extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Wong was comforting when she could see I was nervous, and walked me through every step of the appointment. I would return to see her again and recommend her to friends. Also, I spent less than predicted by the front desk, so I believe she is extremely fair.

I was referred here by my family doctor and was quite anxious after reading the reviews. My experience here has been very positive. The first consultation was a follow up for endometriosis surgery I had overseas, prior to moving to Singapore. Dr Wong asked considered questions and was very thorough in checking my medical and family history. She performed a physical check that was efficient and professional. At this consult I asked for a specific contraception, which I find out later that is no longer supplied by the manufacturer in Singapore, due to lack of popularity (I also asked around at other surgeries about this contraception - some of which told me they just couldn’t get it and another which quoted me 2x the insertion price!) The administrative ladies at this surgery went out of their way to procure it and Dr. Wong inserted it during a second consult, which was a minor surgical procedure. She and her team were careful and performed the procedure without any issues. Overall, I found Dr Wong and her team to be both competent and professional.

At first, just like other reviewers here. I'm rather anxious to meet Dr.Lisa Wong due to the overall ratings. I was referred by a GP to meet Dr. Wong to exam my condition. I would like to tell everyone to REST ASSURED.. It was a delight. :) Dr. Lisa wong was quick and efficient to address my condition.. Most importantly, She gave realistic expectation and timelines. It was my first surgery, I was rather nervous.. Despite busy for surgery preparation, Dr.Wong and other medical staffs took time to comfort me during pre-surgery process.. and I know can trust her fully to take care of my conditions. All the medical assistances and nurses was so helpful. The front desk staff ladies were very nice too. Overall it's a professional and straightforward progress from exam to road to recovery.. Highly recommended Dr.Lisa Wong!?

Came to accompany my mum few months ago as she was referred by another doctor. At first, I was reluctant to bring her there due to the reviews but my impression changed the moment I stepped into her clinic. We were greeted warmly by the counter staffs. Dr Lisa answered all our questions with professionalism and patience. We will certainly come back to this clinic for follow up. Thanks Dr Lisa and team for making our experience a pleasant one.

Dr Lisa and her team are very professional, detailed and patient. I have had daily cramps for the longest time. Dr Lisa was empathetic and she took it seriously (unlike my previous doctor). I had a procedure done back in November. The information shared by Dr Lisa and her team was detailed which helped to alleviate my anxiety. Truly thankful to have found Dr Lisa! (:

I’ve known Dr Wong for a very long time but this is an unsolicited honest review. Today, I accompanied my sister-in-law for her follow-up appointment with Dr Wong. My sister-in-law has always found Dr Wong patient, helpful and willing to provide further clarification if needed. I, too, observed her to be likewise. I can vouchsafe that Dr Wong is professional, approachable and offers objective gynaecological advice.

Dr. Lisa Wong is a caring and considerate doctor who goes above and beyond. I had seen a number of gynaes previously, they all were clueless to the issues I was facing. Dr.Wong is a knowledgeable professional, who has been extremely thorough with my care and have been very accommodating to me. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She put me at ease instantly and has resolved my ongoing issues thankfully! I personally do not feel the other reviews reflect my experience with Dr.Lisa Wong. I think online reviews usually capture the most exceptional experiences, either very good or very bad, since regular mundane experiences rarely inspire the need to write a review. I am extremely appreciative of Dr.Wong.
