Affordable pricing and very friendly team especially the CEO would call you personally to explain the results Highly recommended and would go back to them every year from now on. It's a shame they do not have a FB page yet...
F	Faridah Bin salah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to do my screening.. want to give a shout out to the clinic staff Christine who helped me to draw my blood and guided me throughout the process.All the other staff was also very attentive to my needs. Making sure i was feeling fine. There was also a senior lady who was standing there who ensured i was alright during the entire process. I didn't spend much money at the clinic as i opted for only a simple health screening to check my thyroid function but they still took very good care of me. Thanks alot CLINIC TEAM!! Hope you guys get to see this review..

I enjoyed it as the staff there was patient in explaining to me all the processes. It made me feel more comfortable as usually medical things can be quite 'chim' to a lay person. Overall process is also fast. No long waiting time even during peak period. Also the prices are much better than compared to the other places i've been to. Report and results are quick as well and comes fully explained. Have arrange for my parents for a session next week.

She was patient and made an effort to calm me down even though i was terrified. 2 stars off for the sales pitch we had to listen to while filling up the form at the beginning. Felt like we were at a mlm pitch instead of a clinic.

The process was super smooth and informative, especially grateful for the nurse who calmed me and took my blood. Further, thank you to the introduction team who provided clear explanation of all testing options and their associated benefits. My results were available within 5 working days, faster than expected. I will continue now to use the annual health screening with Health Outreach Clinic, due to this positive experience. Thank you very much!
O	Ong Beng Yew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodgy place that hard sells. My company sent us there for health checkup - and imo, the place feels more like an MLM than a medical centre. From the get go, you'd be exposed to high-pressure sales techniques, where they will place false anchors and misquote competitor prices to mislead you into spending more on the upgrades. After you spent on the add-ons, you'd realise that you pay an additional $100-300 for no additional services, they were basically hiding information from you and unhiding some info at the cost of $100-300. After the checkup, I went to check the prices in other more legitimate clinics such as raffles medical, and they are offering a way more elaborate and legit tests at the price of ~$120. So all in all, I'd say this place is quite dodgy. My company probabaly sent me here to save on employee benefits.

However,I do think they need more training as my husband and I had trouble understanding the staff who was explaining the packages-was speaking extremely fast,the English was rather muddled and the mask didn't help either. Another staff actually asked both my husband and I 'Who is paying?' when she had to present the bill. We have never had someone ask something like that and it is just so wrong on all levels to ask customers that and we had also taken on the most expensive package they had to offer. We also were not told how long the results will take to be processed and handed to us. Let us hope the delivery of results will be handled better.
M	MITHILESH MISHRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here over a month ago for complimentary basic health screening via WhiteCoat. Ended up taking couple of additional tests on offer. Overall, right from registration to dropping of sample the process was well timed and simple. The staff, nurses, doctor were courteous in helping, and providing answers to any questions you might have. We got our results on time as well. Sorry don’t have any photos of the place. Its on the basement level of the premise.
