Very bad service, very rude receptionist. I wait for more than 1 hr just to make an appointment of PCR test. But the lady is very arrogant and just chat with her colleague and ask me to keep waiting while she is doing nothing. Will never come to this lousy place again.

Being new to the area, and first time to the clinic, didnt know need to book an appointment beforehand. Was there on Sunday at about 9.25am but was turned away. There was like only 2 patients sitting there. Told me to come back on Monday. But I was having flu symptoms since Saturday and nothing was helping me - and I had to wait another day? Went to blk 900+ for another clinic that opens on Sunday (on a rainy day). Felt like this clinic isn't here to serve medical needs of people at all even though listed as phpc.

Brought my brother to the clinic as he is having ARI symptoms. The nurse turned him down by saying that he can only come to the clinic with appointment. How come it's registered under SASH clinic and when people who come down has been turned down? I'm utterly unhappy about it and after spoken to another nurse, finally they register him. The nurse spoke in a very rude manner. "No need to tell me about the ART test all. If want to see doctor just say want to see doctor". I find that is just RUDE. To visit a clinic is precisely to see the doctor due to illness. Bad encounter here. Very BAD.

I’ve been here for over a decade, Doc soo and Adrian are good but worse service staff ever. No surprise why many mentioned the rude staff. Patients are already sick enough to deal with all your attitude. If you can’t be nice, at least don’t be rude

very bad experience , the clinic assistants had very bad attitude. one of them did not even let me finish my sentence and just cut through. i also walked in to visit the doctor but got turned down as the clinic is fully booked at just around 6 ?? seriously pls just improve on your service and attitude . really do not recommend

Dr Adrian Tan went above and beyond to help me with the necessary for my Covid vaccination booster before my flight out, answered all questions patiently, and is a proficient docter. He has all the necessary qualities that make him a very good family physician. Thank you.

Called the clinic a few days ago to book an appointment for pre-departure test to be done on a Friday for a flight on Sunday. The clinic assistant was very good at explaining the process and what to do in the event of a positive result. Did the test on Friday evening and got the result emailed to me the next morning. The clinic also called to make sure I can access the test report. Good experience overall after getting rejected by several other clinics due to the timing of the test.

Brought my wife to see the doctor for a bad fall resulting in a swollen bump on her head and she was feeling nauseous after complaining of pain and dizziness . When I reach the hospital, it was at 1245H but I was rejected flatly as they mentioned their last appointment was at 1200H, afternoon. Your website indicate that the clinic close at 1300H, so what with the 1200H time that you mentioned out of the blue . Fine, after much begging (we were still casual and not showing any attitude), the clinic finally accept my wife appointment but not with displeasure and attitude put up by their clinic assistant.. I have to lecture the clinic assistant to watch her attitude given to my spouse. Was quite disappointed by the whole saga , as my whole family inclusive of the young and old visit the clinic. Life is never smooth sailing, everyone has their bad day too, let's not vent your frustrations on the patient, we don't own you a living . We respect your service, and it is mutual between patients and the clinic .
