Dr Tay Sok Hoon threatened on withholding medications to patient needing them in order to get her own ways. She do not respect patient’s autonomy and act as a bully to less informed patient. Certainly not recommend seeing this doctor.

The doctor and staff is very good and wonderful except for one crazy female auntie staff. To recognize her - she has dark hair, skinny and have many aging brown spot on her face. She in her mid 50. She have a very bad temper, bad attitude, impatient and nosy. She will start to shout and scold patient if we only asked 1extra question. Everything would become patient fault if we asked more question for our medicine. She would also said, "we're very busy. We have no time, AIYA, why you ask so much" (only 1 question). She also very lazy to communicate with doctors. She will make the decision on behalf of doctor without further checking with them. Because she is damn lazy person. She has no empathy to any of the patient unlike other staff in the clinic. She was even worse to Covid19 patient. She will gossip about patient to another staff in the clinic. I really hope Dr. Lim will read this review and sack her. She not suitable for this job at all.
