β β β β β Very lousy management. Sorethroat runny nose etc, went to this clinic on 21st feb, i reached early at 7.40am by then the clinic inside is already open , staff is inside, in between more staffs came in and out to buy their breakfast back into clinic. YET, no one bother to come out and informed the queue that clinic ran out of ART test kits, all who have sorethroat runny nose, need to go other clinics in a rude manner. This is very inconsiderate, you think got excuse say need to prepare for operation so no time come out to inform the queue? Yet i see staff come out and back in with breakfast. Dont take patients for granted. Will not ever come to this clinic again , no matter what. We dont owe to entertain your nonsense. I believe this can be managed much better , low eq/iq management in managing this ops here.

β β β β β The worst experience I had. The nurses are rude, dismissive, and disregard patient's time and effort. For my experience, I was told a wrong information, confronted the nurse about the wrong information, and was subsequently shouted at by the nurse.
My mother-in-law and father-in-law were treated similarly too. Their concerns were dismissed by the nurse and were essentially chased away by the nurse as the nurse told them that they should go to another clinic. There is so many clinic around here, I will encourage for people to visit other clinic for better care. Anywhere but HealthSpring

β β β β β Got my HPV vaccine at this clinic and experience was great. The staff/nurses were really patient and friendly despite the crowd and are familiar with the CHAS schemes & vaccination programme. Usually donβt bother to write good reviews (who does right) but I witnessed an unreasonable customer hurling vulgarities at the staff and threatening to write a bad review so Iβm writing this to counter that horrible dude.

β β β β β Very dissapointed with the nurse. Went to the clinic today around 11.30am telling her my 3 kids are covid positive & having high fever. My daughter fever shoot up 41degC. and 39degC for the other two. She just said registration close because too many covid positive aldy and asked us to go other clinic. I asked her what time will they open in the evening. She refuse to tell me as though go somewhere and dont come back here. Her solve your own problem attitude should not put her as frontliner. We would not want to jam up the clinic if it is not because of high fever.

β β β β β Don't trust what they tell you on phone call.
Called them up to check if I could see the doctor for cough and runny nose. When I reached there, they refused to admit me on the basis of some cross contamination reason for Covid and booster drive. Told me to go to some other clinic and wasted my time.
If this is the case, don't give misinformation on the phone line. Train your staff to handle calls properly rather than just saying hello, yes and goodbye.

β β β β β This is the worse clinic I have visited so far. The nurse is so rude and turned me away when I told her I was there because of covid. I tested positive few days ago and went to this same clinic but they tested me negative twice. I went back since the doctor told me to go back if my symptoms persist and if i still tested positive at home. I did so because my fever was quite high and sorethroat becomes quite unbearable. The nurse just told me they donβt have swab test on Saturday and asked me to go to other clinic.I told her I was there 2 days ago and just wanted some medication. She just ignored me and attended to the next patient. I waited there for more than half an hour before they open eventhough I was feeling very uncomfortable with my fever etc. It doesnβt make sense to me that I cannot see the doctor to get medication! This is really unacceptable. I have been there few times before but after this experience, I will never ever ever go back there again.

β β β β β 1st time to this clinic and boy! thereβs already a crowd queueing even before clinic is open. Must be popular ha. Triage staff is patient and polite, making sure i do not have any drug allergy which not every clinic will bother.
Waited for about an hour and got to see the doctor, sheβs fast to pinpoint my issue ?? Medications was dispensed to me shortly after, appreciate how detailed the staff is when she is explaining to me my medication sequence.
Now i know why the people donβt mind queuing. Thank u for the ???? experience!

β β β β β I went for my booster jab today. It was my first visit to the clinic. I was unsure how it would be like to have the jab at a clinic as the previous jabs were done at the CC. And also the increase in Covid-19 cases had me wonder if itβs a good idea to have the jab at a clinic. I was pleasantly surprised that thereβs clear segregation between those going for vaccinations and those going to see the doctor. The counter staff and the staff/doctor who attended to me were very friendly and reassuring. Whatβs important is I felt safe. I think this clinic will be one to go to for me whenever I need to.
