★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this clinic for 2 years. So far, this has been one of best clinics. Dr. Goh who works during the morning shift is very friendly and knowledgeable. Similarly Dr Chong who works during the evening shift is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Unlike other GPs who simply brush you off with simple medications, Dr Goh and Dr. Chong will ensure you get your body checked thoroughly even if you are just having a common cold. They would ask provoking questions and analyse the situation before deciding the type of medications to prescribe.

However, the receptionist seems rather incompetent and is unable to unanswer many questions. She is unwilling to help and has a bad attitude

My family and I have been visiting the clinic at Choa Chu Kang branch. the experience has been pleasant as the doctors are attentive and helpful.
Sadly, this was not the case during my visit on 25th Aug 2021, Wednesday at 6pm. I came in with a bruised toe. The doctor, Dr Ong examined my toe and said that it is unlikely a fracture and I should just take meds and observe. He then ask if I am alright to take such ambiguity.
When I asked him why did he think that it is not a fracture in order to understand how he arrived at that diagnosis. He dismissed me by saying that it is by experience.
I head over to the polyclinic the next day and it is indeed a fracture.
Besides disappointment, I am concern about the poor diagnosis and quality of care this doctor is providing to the residents.
I sincerely hope that the management can review this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PCR test done. Right after it was done, my nose watered as if having sinus. My nose still stings the next day.
MOH should regulate swab professionals, for the fear of puncturing something deeper than just the nose. Swab test must be trained and certified rigorously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rushed my son to the clinic as He was vomiting and having stomach issues. Nurses and doctor were all present in the clinic, and as I entered the clinic, instead of hearing me out, the nurse just said "closed.", and proceeded to turn her back on me, without even giving me a 2nd look.
I was there 20 mins before closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CMI Visted last week ;only four ppl report sick , yet mine waiting time almost 2hrs 10Min . Once I enter I know why , the Doctor seems only like to talk here and there ! TCSS . I wonder he really a Doc ? Idk it’s the Indian or Doctor ,? And he put all the “used “ aft test kits on the table ! Idk what is the standard protocol for MOH . Will nvr visit again . Even the prof can’t do the right way . Won’t visit again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a first timer, attended by Dr Goh who is very patience and explained to me in details even though I let him know I ART tested positive. Waiting time may be long as he answers all queries and guided to better health.
Thanks to the nurse who pass the medicine in a very positive attitude.
