So I went to the Shenton Clinic at Bukit Panjang Plaza at 12.45 pm on Saturday 24/7 hoping to see the doctor about my backache which was affecting my mobility. Their website says it closes at 1.00 pm and there was no mention of what time they would admit any last patient. Despite telling the counter staff I was in pain, and twice I asked for an exception to see the doctor even though they said they have closed admission to any more patients with more than 10 mins to go and only one patient ahead of me who had already gone into the doctor’s room, I was rejected from seeing the doctor. They wouldn’t make any exception. No negotiation. True it was not a life and death situation but I’m truly disappointed with this strict inflexible policy of watching the clock and closing right on time. This WILL BE MY LAST VISIT EVER TO THIS CLINIC!!

ive been to my fair share of clinics and this is really the worst one ive been in terms of attitude and service. I visited this clinic alone. I didn’t wait that long and when I went in, I told the doctor about my symptoms and that my stomach was hurting really badly. He then asked me to lie down on the counter and examined my stomach, meaning he pressed and felt it and everything, from my ribs to my abdomen. Afterwards, he asked me when was my last period, and I hesitated, but told him it was right now. I actually just wanted a short consultation with a mc and some painkillers. His attitude was very bad and he then took a kit to TEST FOR PREGNANCY. I AM 15. you may say, he just wanted to be safe or he just wanted to make sure, that’s fine, BUT I KNOW MYSELF THE BEST WHETHER I HAD DONE STUFF OR NOT. see the thing is, I told him I didn’t want to do it and I told him that I know I’m not pregnant. He then started scolding me and forcing me to take the pregnancy test, telling me to pee on it. I WAS ON MY PERIOD. i told him. I was on the verge of tears, and I felt really uncomfortable because he was forcing me and he had a really bad attitude. Again I’m a 15 year old girl, vulnerable as it is I was also on my period and feeling unwell, the staff at the counter was really rude too. I’m not sure what the doctors name was but he was a MALE doctor who scolded me, a patient and forced me to take a pregnancy test. Afterwards I got scared and cried in the mall toilet for an hour.

Was here for my influenza vaccination. Reception staff were friendly. I did not have to wait long. The female doctor was also friendly and reassuring. A pleasant experience altogether!

Leaving a review to let everyone know that walk-in ART tests for travel is not available here, despite what might be said on the website. You need to call in to book and they are usually booked up early. Seems like they have very limited slots

Visited the clinic on 12 May. The registration process was smooth and everything completed within an hour despite having quite a crowd. Thank you team for the effort and making the experience a good one.

If I can choose zero star, I would love to. They don't deserve even a one star. I am extremely angry with the Dr Zest Ang who was a relief doctor today, 30 April in the Bukit Panjang branch. I rushed to the clinic from my place and I lost my way here hence I reached the clinic at 12.55pm. I was feeling extremely unwell with chills, clogged ducts, fever, body aches and pain. But the staffs told me that the doctor has something on after 1pm and still have 2 patients left to see which I don't think is a good reason to reject the patient who reached before 1pm closing time and feeling really unwell. Wha if the patient is almost dying from pain, and the doctor wouldn't bother to see the patient just because she got something to attend to? Will she be liable for the death? Is she suitable to be a doctor? Not showing any empathy for the patient. I am utterly disappointed as I plead them to just let me see doctor which the consultation usually take only 5-10 mins. I have seen the reviews in the Google and it's the same. Totally no empathy for patients. If you state 1pm close, then you close as 1pm. Not 1pm leave the clinic? Now I'm in pain and have to look for other clinic just because they don't let me see the doctor. Put yourself in other people's shoes. Are you out here to just purely earn money? Or to help patients with their illnesses? She don't fit to be a Doctor. Imagine you parents were to be feeling unwell, and rush to the clinic as soon as they can, but was told that they are unable to see the doctor. How will you feel?

My ear got infected and blocked. Doctor checked my ear carefully. He explained to me that he will flush out my ear and he make sure i am comfortable with the procedure. I felt like a VIP with his care. I will definitely go back if I have health related problem in the future. Thank you Doctor.

Firstly, the outlook of the clinic was in shambles. Boxes and cartons of medicine and logistics covering 1/4 of the space in the waiting area as well as the triage room. It was quite a painful sight to see the front desk lady struggling to flip through the boxes to look for the medicine needed to be prescribed (Probably the reason why the waiting time for medicine dispensing takes longer than expected. Hope those medicine that needs to be chill are kept appropriately). Secondly, only three little makeshift stools are available for patients to sit. Definitely a far cry from most other Parkway Shenton clinics. Expected a higher standards in terms of customer experience from Parkway Shenton group. I hope Parkway Shenton can take a serious look in the upkeep of the clinic.
