t	the Shermaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is really kind and friendly. She gives me a lot of reassurance like telling it’s nothing serious and to not worry. By far one of the best Doctors I’ve seen. Thanks doctor:) and the receptionist are both really kind and friendly. I forgot what my medicine does and I called back and they still answered politely. Thank you for ur excellent service, I really appreciate it.??
D	Daren Khek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses were super grumpy. Told us to come earlier rudely like I’m delaying her knock off timing. Dr Chew was rather unprofessional in the way she spoke, couldn’t be bothered about how the patient was feeling. If you’re so unwilling to work as a nurse then don’t be a nurse. Wouldn’t visit here if there were other places to go.

At 4pm thereabouts I limped my way to the clinic, saw on the door the operating hours were 2pm to 5pm but the another sign read "Closed". I entered the clinic and enquired with the nurse/receptionist, and was told that they had closed early so the doctor could sign all the reports. So it seems that the lucrative covid19 test market has made the patient in pain invisible, I wonder if this is the same across this chain or is this the new norm. I had to limp another 100 metres or so to Teck Ghee Clinic to see Dr Tan Yang Khai, at least he had time for me.
C	Clare Minminzar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son see doctor for vomiting around 3 pm. Until 7 pm the kid vomit out whatever he took even medicine. So I call the clinic around 7pm , the attendant said he check with doctor n will call me back until 8:10 no reply , then I call again this attendant just say sorry , there is no doctor , how could that b there is no doctor. The clinic still open .
F	Funny Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know what is the arrangement for this clinic. For what I see today is clinic open at 6pm. When I reach there at 6pm sharp. I saw the doctor standing aside waiting for the door open. And another Indian nurse panic to call another Chinese nurse who’s has inside the clinic to open the door? For what I suggest they should open15mins early to let doctor enter to standby and not just open at 6pm only let doctor enter then we wait at outside another 15mins to let doctor get ready. Hopefully Healthway clinic can review this clinic to have better service.
s	sherly sng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked the patients to come back next day for swab test between 1130am- 12pm yet letting them wait outside for good 1hour (and still waiting now) before starting the swab. The patients is definitely not feeling well that's why needed to see doctor and probably many are running a fever. But yet we waited outside for such a long time despite poor condition. Nurses could have better time management and stick to the swab time given instead.
