It’s good to have a dedicated doctor that pays attention to details. In my experience Dr Chng has been very thorough and ensured he covered all leads that might have led to my condition. I am really appreciative of such efforts and dedication! Would recommend them for sure

Consultation Fee is expensive as hell. $28 for consultation fee, pretty sure I get out of the room within 3mins, went there for normal fever symptoms and doctor gave vague instructions. Not recommended. Will give 0 stars if possible.

Got into an accident few days back and was given some medication and 3 days of mc from ktph . Went down mhc family clinic to see a doctor yesterday and ask for advice whether i can wear shoes as there are still some wounds and my leg was swollen a little on the area of my left foot . And the doctor told me that i cant just extend mc this way . The point is , throughout the whole conversation , i had not mention anything about mc , and now im back to work , after wearing shoes on as im working in retail , it started swelling up but im bearing and working . Dont put words in other people's mouth next time . You are a certifite doctor for a reason , thats why i went in to your clinic to heed your advice . FYI people , i have been working in my company for 2 years , even for the past when im having fever and etc , i still went to work .

Highly recommend Dr.Chng for his service. I needed to get my PCR Swab Test but my flight is in 33 hours. Dr.Chng personally spoke to me on the phone and suggested me to come down to do the swab before the 11am lab collection. He even helped me to print out all my documents as I do not have a printer at home. Once arrive, no waiting at all. It was my first time doing swab and it went well with Dr.Chng. he was very gentle, fast and reassured me it only felt like wasabi in the nose. I felt very reassured when he told me they will try their best to inform me on my swab result so I can catch my flight the next day. I called up other clinics before but they will just tell me I wouldn’t collect the result on time. Thankfully, I was able to collect my result in 24hours and doctor personally wrote a letter to confirm that I am fit to travel. Highly recommend and grateful for a doctor like him during pandemic. Receptionist Aunty is never smiling and no customer service at all like she never wanted to be there but at least doctor is good!
