Though their locums are lousy, the counter staffs are very professional and gracefully attend to patient needs. Hopefully, patient can see the good in this clinic and don't judge because of their locums. Dr Chia is good as well! Kudos to nurses!

I visited them as a patient learnt these lessons about this clinic. - though they say it closes 12:30 ,they will refuse entertaining new patient after 12:00-12:10 . Unemphatic staff will not care even if you you plead and are coming at 12:11. - insurance e-card ,they don't accept . They demand patient to login to insurance company website on the spot. If you fail to login due to OTP or another login issue. They will bluntly refuse to accept your insurance. (This I am going to file separately with insurance agency). - Citing any random policy written on their A4 size paper they refuse to verify the e-card themselves. - If you argue they will suggest to visit another clinic OR pay in cash and see doctor as a private patient. In nutsheel , pathetic admin staff having absolute disregard towards the patients.

Poor customer service. Called for enquiries. Staff counter kept interrupting my qs, for her to talk. Walk in to the clinic, that particular staff shows lack of basic common courtesy. Facilities incomplete too, had to go to other building for xray. Should give a heads up as cost and time incurred to travel.

Visited the clinic a week before. It was a pleasant surprised Overall it was a pleasant journey. The counter staff are fast and helpful. They gave additional and constructive advice regarding the medicine. The price of the overall consultation is affordable as compared to other GP clinic. Would be better if the clinic to repaint mainly because clinic a very gloomy ambiance and old exterior.

This Healthway Medical branch in Ang Mo Kio is located near AMK central, in between the 2 malls, Jubilee Square and Djitsun Mall. They offer medical services as well as dental service. They are also accredited partners for CHAS and the PG Pioneer Generation card. The shop is located near the carpark, at the corner unit of the block.

I was having a flu and i dont feel well, so i came to this branch to see Dr. The Dr on duty today is Dr Wee Tien Hsu, Jeremy. I went to the counter for registration, after knowing what i was there for. The nurse went over to the door behind the counter to have some discussion with the Dr. After that she came over to me and say, we are close for registration as there are still alot of patient waitng. Then i turn my head and see. Only 5pax. I was there at 1.53pm. And your operation hours is 9 to 3pm. I can only say 真没医德。Disappointment.

Rude Female doctor with very long hair and not very interested to attend to patient. Healthway Management pls take a look at the conduct of this doctor.

On 17.4.2022 morning I went to Healthway Medical at Block 721 Ang Mo Kio. For the past few months , I had very bad eczema flare - ups. It was " Real Bad , " but I did not see any doctors because of the covid cases. On 16.4.2022 night , I was in such great pain that I woke up in the middle of the night . I felt so terribly terribly itchy and kept on scratching , that I could not sleep anymore . It was So So So painful. Both my arms , right leg , shoulder and neck areas were in rashes . ( already for months ) As I could not take it anymore , immediately the next morning I went to Healthway Medical at Ang Mo Kio Block 721 which was close to my place to see a doctor. I was attended by Dr Teh Boon Kheng. He looked at my conditions and I " guiltily " told him I had already had the rashes for a few months . Within less than 1 minute he told me to wait outside to get my medicine. I was pretty shock , What ??? hah ! So fast ? I "was in disbelieve ?." So fast meh ? I went back and took and also apply the medicine he prescribed . On 19.4.2022 , when I woke up , opened my eyes and look at my arms . I was in great shock and happiness. All my eczema " GONE !!!". My arms were back to normal. All rashes gone , and " I got back the arms which I used to have. " What a great shock and great joy I had this morning - REAL !!! I could not believe what I saw. Thanks a zillion , million timesssss...... Mr. Teh Boon Kwang !!! Those with eczema , you could try to see this "Magical Doctor " and see if the "Magic " works on you ! Many many many heartfelt thanksssss ......Mr Teh Boon Kwang " The Magical Doctor ! " KUDOS TO YOU ??? !!! ?????? !!!
