β β β β β I visited JGlasses and Hearing about 6 months back to get my hearing tested. Freya was exceptional in her service, diagnosing and recommending me a hearing aid that would help. I even had the opportunity to trial 2 different aids to decide which I preferred. On top of the hearing aid, my husband and I also ended up purchasing a pair of frameless glasses each, and we are both extremely satisfied with them. They are without a doubt the most comfortable glasses I've owned. Thank you, Freya.

β β β β β Good service. I went to JGlasses & Hearing to ask for hearing aid and Ms Freya is the one who took time to explain to me about the hearing aids available. She was very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely return in the future if I need to get my glasses changed.

β β β β β Had a splendid experience there! Was served by Freya, she was very professional and dedicated in serving me during my visit. I felt welcomed by her warm disposition. She guide me through the entire process patiently and Iβm thankful for that. In the beginning she offered to do an eye test to confirm my degree and also made detailed explanations for the differences in the frames and lenses.
Highly recommend you to look for Freya when youβre there! ??

β β β β β I was looking to replace a pair of spectacles and saw the high review for this place. Was curious about this so I came over. First visit. Wasn't expecting the patience and the whole range of test that was offered.
Definitely worth the rating in my opinion.

β β β β β (repost because i wrote the review for the wrong outlet previously) Excellent customer service. I have very high astigmatism and I was having issues with the previous place i used to go to as they took more than 2 weeks to fulfill my order. I made an order today and they have reassured me that I will be able to collect my lenses by this Friday (will update if it falls through but hopefully it does not)
Other plus points include not asking for advanced payment and being very accommodative to my situation when i told them I have COVID. You definitely wont get this kind of service at your regular chain stores and online stores. Believe me, i contacted many of them.
Minus points are the price (much more expensive than other outlets). But if you are looking for excellent speed and fantastic customer service JGlasses is definitely the place for you. I will definitely come back to them again if another urgent situation arises

β β β β β My whole family went down because my oldest need a new pair of specs. Lol, we all ended up with eye checks, a new specs and a new sunglasses. The service is top notch, patience, well explained and like all kids, my son listened and followed the optometrist guidance more than he ever listens to me giving similar advice. Overall, very well taken care off.
