โ โ โ โ โ I had vouchers given to me by the school because I was one of the students that required financial assistance from school.
I chose this shop because they accepted the vouchers..
What I like about this shop is that after they checked my eye sight manually and using the automated machine, they proceed to take pictures of the back of my eyes checking whether it had damage.
Total bill was $400.. after using the vouchers, the nett amount to be paid was $320..
When I came to collect my glasses, I realised the pad arms of the glasses was not straight citing it to be supplier's fault. So I waited 3 more days..
When they notified me it is done, my friend went to collect it for me
This time pad arms are not fixed, glasses temple tips were not balanced..
Called them to get it refunded also cannot..
In my opinion mistakes done on glasses should be minute. Something small can be very visible on the face.
All in all I'm very dissapointed by the level of unprofessionalism when I expected a $400 to be worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my eye check done here as I heard this place has interesting machines that other optometrists doesn't have. Was a great experience! The staff are very professional and know what they are doing. Recommended me contact lenses that suits my dry eyes. Way to go kJ ?

โ โ โ โ โ I was getting headaches due to long screen time and possibly from the spectacle I prescribed previously. My sister recommended me KJ. So I went for eyesight examination. After checking, Mr Kai Hung mentioned that the lens were overpowered for my eyes. Then, Mr Kai Hung explained the work of our eyes and the reasons why he provided the prescription for me. The spectacle fits me well and I donโt get headache so often as before!

โ โ โ โ โ Have a wonderful experience at KJ Sing Post Centre ! The optometrists there are very professional and friendly. They gave advices that are so much beneficial for us. This is the first time I came across an eyewear store that have additional eye examination that others does not provide and also my first visit with my mum and son. Definitely will patronise the store again!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I first came across KJ Optometrist when I was looking to replace my old spectacle about a year ago. I was attended by the boss, Kai Hung, who is very well knowledgeable and had given me very well advice on the different problems of our eyes. On top of that, he also has got sophisticated equipment in his shop to conduct very detailed test on my eyes. And it's all done within 30 min. I've got my specs replaced, and since then when I got any issues with my specs or contact lenses, I'll only go to KJ Optometrists. Keep it up!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The lady there was very thorough with the eye test, knows what she's doing and clearly communicated what to do and what everything means. She really takes the time to give customers more information than customers even know to ask about, so that we can make informed decisions as to what will actually be suitable for us. She was friendly and extremely patient too, I definitely would recommend coming to this shop if you need a new pair of glasses!
