Dr Lee works really hard and is really a very sincere and genuine doctor. He is also knowledgeable and have always been able to clarify all my doubts. Even though I stay at quite a distance away from this clinic, it is always worth my trip. If you are looking for a clinic to go to, look no further. However, he is pretty popular (as you can see from the reviews) and they only allow walk-ins for registration. I highly recommend you to call in before making your trip down. It is also worth noting that I went at 6:35pm to queue to register and I was already number 27 (which I believe meant that I’m the 27th patient coming at this evening slot even though they just opened 5minutes ago) I eventually only got to see the doctor around 9:10pm (which is already past operating hours, so I do feel really bad for Dr Lee & his team) It might’ve been a peak period recently, I’m not sure? But do take note!

Dr Lee is the best doc I’ve ever had. He really does care for his patients. Now that I’ve moved away and have visited a lot of other doctors around my new estate, I really feel that those doctors are subpar.

Caring and responsible doctor and staff. Very kind of them. I registered overseas vaccines but wasn't in the government system even after weeks. They then proceed to write a memo for me in minutes. Even the staff in Vaccination Centre are praising them so good, because none GP has ever write them letters to verify things and help patients.

A Doctor that truly cares for his patients. Too good to be true? But it is. And it has been so for the last 6years. Working tirelessly and unselfishly. Effective medications as well. Thank you Dr Lee and family, and staffs of Heartland, for your hard work.

Chance upon Heartland Family Clinic on Google search as the usual clinic I used to visit happen to close. Dr Lee is soft spoken and his prescription is effective. I was surprised too that the medicine for my kids are the children medication that we normally only get those from children clinic. Dr Lee is also very detailed, he has slips of information printed and dispensed together with medicines, the covid-19 home recovery guidelines. The medicines for my kids usually come with the standby medication in case other symptoms developed. To my 3 YO and 7 YO, Dr Lee is a clever doctor with the correct medicine. (LOL) Heartland Family Clinic has become our first choice clinic since our first visit on Mar 2021.

My parents have seen a few doctors in Yishun over the last 30+ years and now they only trust Dr Lee. He is very patient, kind and addresses your concerns thoroughly. Over his many years of dedication to his patients, Dr Lee has also shown visible signs of tiredness and age. Hope he also has time for his self-care and that as patients, we would be accommodating as well to the stresses experienced by him & his team in their efforts to serve. Thank you!

From day one when the clinic opened, from fewer patients until now the clinic overwhelming with patients. Dr. Lee never fails to do his job. He is a very passionate Doctor. He listens to his patients well and treats the illness accordingly. My whole family comes to this clinic. Most importantly Dr. Lee never overcharged. The price is reasonable. Lots of the time the medication that he gave is safe and working for me. I have a few drugs allergies. The only problem now is you have to come 1 hr earlier to see him bcs he is so popular now.

Dr Lee was amazing, kind, and patient with my inquiry. I felt loved, taken care of, and assured, that my scars would heal quickly. He took necessary precautions tending to my partner and mine wounds. Service staff were also kind and understanding, and the entire service was quick and fuss free. Chicken rice at kopitiam beside is also not bad (according to my girlfriend)
