★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had 2 doses of Sinovac taken at the Bukit Batok branch, 2nd dose was end July. He had been using the vaccination card given to him since and his trace together kept showing vaccination in progress. I called Amelia last night at 840pm at this Circuit Road branch and she was so helpful to help him update in the system. Great service much appreciated during times like these!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible. They don’t listen. Although they have a system but they don’t tracked. They are always changing my medicine everytime I come despite me telling them every time give me my usual ones cause I know what works for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring my son to clinic ard 7am and the receptionist said doctor will come ard 7.30am. Then we wait there till 7.30am, check with recept again, she said maybe 7.45am then doctor will come. However, after wait ard 1 hour, the recept then told us, doctor may not come on time and said they will look for alternative doctor to come, she asked me to back home wait and said will call us later when doctor come. We wait till 11.30am still no call from them. Really waste our time at there ard 1 hour. Somemore, my son still sick and make noise. If really no doctor, then dun ask us wait there so long time. Lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic and queue 1.5 hrs to see the doctor for 3 mins. Down w fever and body ache and diarrhea. Told doctor abt my gum pain that might be due to my blocked sinus. Requested to do ART but doctor said don need. Fever persisted, sore throat as well after next day. Decided to see another doctor today and was readily offered ART. Tested positive and was only charge $10 for some flu medicine. The above clinic charge me $56.07. Wasted my time n money there. I would like to seek a refund.
