★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Ayam Bakar and Ayam Lemak! Honestly the best i had compared to other brands, and i dont seem to find these items in other Wangz outlets! Very nice and neat deco in this outlet, with ample parking lots. Will definitely revisit here again even though i stay in the east ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Waited in queue for 30min. Food another wait of 30mins. Staff totally got no coordination with each other. Toastie menu sold out 10:20am. 10:28 made order, but told no more tuna melts also. But theres still tuna at their counter.
They are so uncoordinated that they made so many extra takeaway kaya toast that will go to nobody's order. I questioned why theres still tuna at the cointer but they said its sold out. Then staff proceed to offer me one that they had made extra by accident. There so many "extras" that why customer who really want it dont get to buy it. Will not patronise this outlet again. Better go to ng teng fong general hospital's outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavenly Wang @ Bukit Batok is OPEN! So happy to see how this team strategised through this time to ensure we get good service and a nice cup of coffee. Had the Luncheon Sunrise and Chili Crab Explosion volcanic bun with my wife. Simply delicious. Will come back for the Mentaiko Blast bun...I heard Mrs K loves it. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my family to sample Ayam Bakar & Mee Rebus. Food was satisfying & flavourful, cafe had an appealing atmosphere and best of all, service crew were friendly and prompt! An all time fan of Heavenly Wang, this outlet is a shout out! MUST patronise ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite Wang place. Meena is an especially warm and friendly lady, so are the rest of the service crew. Food is fantastic, every bowls is nicely prepared… prawns are cooked right. Thumbs up for the service and nice ambience. ?

The kopi and teh have a smooth and consistent texture to it with the sweetness level that is just nice.. do check this Heavenly Wang outlet out and make it a place of choice for your breakfast, lunch, tea time and/or dinner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is REALLY REALLY wrong here. The menu is promising. But the service is horrendous. It seems that the place went from 5 stars to 2 stars in the last 5 weeks.
Yes. There is no teamwork at all. The cooking (two females) and overstretched order processing cum cashier guy are not working together. To make matters worse, unwashed dishes are piled up in the tray-return area as well inside the kitchen. Flies are swarming around. Saw the scene when we were returning the trays. The long queue of delivery riders added to the melee.
Someone should look into this. For it is shame as the place is nice and the food variety is enticing.
For the record, the toasts are good and the laksa is better than that from toastbox.
