Cafe has 14 cats. $16/pax for 2 hour session (in 2 hour blocks) with complimentary canned drink. Also have option to top up to other drinks. Reservations recommended as cafe can get crowded.

great place with great cats. good experience on off-peak hours. Reservations preferred as it can get packed and walk-ins is based on availability. Kids can get rowdy at times and chase the cats around. Hope can be enforced better

$16 per hour, includes 1 regular drink. Cats are well behaved. Good timing to come is the 10am slot to see them feeding the cats. Very relaxing to be around the felines and have observe them lazily doing their own things. Nearest legal parking would be rail mall parking.

A cozy cat cafe tucked along Bukit Timah railmall. They do have simple meal menu to go along. All tickets come w one free drink per pax. Cats are young and well taken care. The cafe is clean and well maintained by staff. The staff also interact well with customers by introducing the cats name and individual characters.

Went there on a Saturday evening. It was pretty crowded, reservations are required. Staff there are lovely, they really know the cats well and shared with me a lot about the cats. Staff are plus point of my experience ? Cats are very active and friendly. Went between 530-730. They have random feeding/snacking time to get the cats active and play around with the visitors. It was my first time at a cat cafe, and thankfully this place is my first!! ??? I took many videos but not sure how to share it here.

All of the cats are super adorable. Our favourite one was Bubbles... though we didn't have any interaction with him, we thought that he, being on top of the cupboard this whole time observing all of us humans was hilarious! I didn't like the way the kids treated the cats though - the staff did their best to tell these kids not to use other dangerous tools that can potentially harm the kitties. Multiple displays of the rules (maybe in sign holder stands, or in posters) everywhere inside the cafe should have helped...they could be signalling to parents to watch over their kids instead of watching whatever is on their phones. But I hope the Management can look into either 1) limiting the age groups of children (only children aged 13 and above are allowed), or 2) stricter rules imposed on those without/minimal parent supervision. Because of the kids chasing the cats around, it ruined our experience and we left an hour earlier instead of finishing 2 hours period. As observed, we weren't the only adults who did that. We hope that the cats will be treated well by all patrons.

Very cute cats and love the individual profiles on the walls. Food and drinks were decent. Reservations are required for crowd control which is good but perhaps the staff could reinforce the rules a bit more. During our slot there were quite a number of kids who became rather rowdy and started chasing the cats around. There is a board stating the rules of minimising talking loudly and not going after the cats but these children were not properly instructed by their parents or the staff. Some of the staff did try to tell them nicely but I think it was insufficient as they continued their behaviour. I’m only pointing this out as it was evident that most of the cats became quite distressed. Even the usually active ones went into hiding. I hope that people can be kinder towards animals and respect their need for space and peace as well.

Nice little Cat Cafe at the far end of Rail Mall that serves coffee and simple bites in a relaxing environment shared with 14 rescued cats that roam freely with guests. $16 for 2 hours with a free soft drink. The coffee is ok but the main attraction, the cats are beautiful, tame and just watching them walking and climbing everywhere at their own pace seemed to have a calming effect on the mind.
