β β β β β Well organised and professional staff! Pastries were displayed very nicely and has its own place. Outlet is maintained clean and staff were friendly and offered to bring my order to my table for me. Kudos to the rail mall team!

β β β β β Friendly staffs and great customer service. One of the staff go the extra mile to bring my drink to where I was seated. Love the ambience and clean store. Recommend this outlet over the one at Hillv2 (had too many bad experiences at that store) around this area.

This branch has good customer service and ambience. During weekdays it is calm and the serene. There are various flavours you can choose from. I picked white chocolate chip mocha. It was delicious and I replaced regular milk with coconut milk. It tasted heavenly. I also got the hot tea. It was pretty mediocre as it came in a tea bag. I also purchase the soft,fudgy and moist chocolate crumbl muffin. It had a little chocolate in the middle and tasted delectable.
There are many vegetarian options here however, they all contain egg.

Visited the 2nd time. Today 16th Feb 1:25pm, the 2 Starbucks ladies staff here very polite and courteous. Patient at the counter, while we consider what to eat. And feel so welcome with a staff serving our Matcha Latte to our table, and so helpful to take photo for us with the painting I like . ?????

β β β β β Excellent Customer Service! Professional, Friendly and Helpful Staffs. Special thanks to a handsome male in charge on duty 17 April 2022 Sunday evening shift doing closing. It was already 10pm, there was still one table of customers and all staffs were busy for cleaning the cafe for closing, all cakes have been kept into big fridge, but the friendly guy that was concentrated closing his cash register never rejected me when I asked for take away a slice of cake. I am sorry I forgot to ask his name. He was very patient and served me with his warm and positive attitude. Appreciate his excellent service, love this place, like their services, thank you very much.

β β β β β Nice outlet at Rail Mall. Came over on Friday afternoon. Not crowded and place is clean and new. Ordered salted caramel frap and a slice of cheesecake to enjoy the afternoon.
