Hei Homes team has been very responsive throughout the entire process, from scheduling viewing to contract termination. The rooms are located in strategic areas in Singapore at an average lower price vs other providers. They provide flexibility by allowing 3 months contracts without surcharge.

Hei Homes consistently shirked the responsibilities of a property manager throughout my 6 month stay in their flagship River Valley penthouse. Their premium rates were not matched by an elevated approach to customer service - think delayed response times, ignored messages/emails and last minute requests to accommodate contractors & handymen - and I was left shocked at their approach to ‘resolving’ significant issues concerning the property, its appliances and the terms of our contract. My recommendation to prospective customers: find a co-living space that takes customer service seriously, honours the terms of tenancy agreements & treats tenants with respect.

The service that Hei Homes provides isn't just professional but also very personal. From the design ideas to procurement, and all the way to resident welfare, all are personally being taken care of and attended to. Hei Homes creates an environment built for relaxation and comfort after a hard day's work or a cozy WFH space, for a community that encourages camaraderie, and for utmost security and cleanliness. It addresses not just needs but even various personal requests. I would say there is none like it. A double thumbs up to Hei Homes! Keep it up!

I was a tenant with Hei Homes for almost 3 years, and across 3 different properties. At the beginning, they were responsive and meticulous, living up to their promise of managing all household details transparently. However, as they scaled over the recent 2 years, they severely compromised the customer/tenant experience. My experience in the final year of living with them was abysmal. Urgent requests (like an aircon gas leak) were ignored for days or even weeks at a time. They were never around to supervise maintenance work, and were not transparent about the charges associated with fixtures and fittings breaking down or being replaced. Note that whilst they do take care to furnish and decorate their homes, essential items like built in fixtures and fittings, kitchen and laundry equipment are often old and neglected, thereby leaving tenants to pay for the breakdown and repairs that take place frequently. Building trust with their customers also no longer seem to be the focus of their business - For example, when I moved out of their property last month with a few days remaining on my lease, they did not disclose their intention to move in a new tenant during the final days of my contract, and ignored my direct question on this topic twice. When I found out about the tenant overlap and requested a refund of the specific days, they declined and refused to engage in a transparent discussion on this topic. Overall as a concept, Hei Homes was great. It is really unfortunate that their execution of the services and customer experience promised, which they use to justify the premium you would pay for their rooms, is sorely lacking today.

Hei Homes was very communicative and pleasant, overall I had an unforgettable experience. One of the things that drew me to the company in the first place was the impeccable design and furnishing of its apartments. Appliance issues (eg. Aircon, oven) is attended and fixed almost immediately. So far the communication with Hei Homes staff is very efficient. In comparison to many other responses I've received concerning housing properties in Singapore, Hei Homes seemed more proactive and practical. When selecting a living space, renters are putting a great deal of trust in those they lease from, and honest and direct communication is important to build this trust. I think Hei Homes did a great job of staying in touch and on top of my leasing process.

Hei Homes are beautiful and very well-furnished. A complete home experience with well-organised maintenance system. The agency makes sure you are comfortable in the living space, both personal and common, and new housemates are picked ensuring that existing tenants are compatible with them. Hei homes also provides all basic cleaning supplies and a maid service for weekly upkeep of the units. I thoroughly loved and enjoyed my 9 month stay in River Valley. Highly recommend.

Living with Hei Homes has been a wonderful experience. The apartment was decorated well and felt homely and cozy. My room was so nice and they are super fast at responding to any issues that may come up. Their staff is very friendly and always inform you before the servicing or maintenance workers are coming by. I would definitely recommend staying with them!
