Went in today to buy 3 motorcycle helmets for my wife and daughter, but the guy manning the store was clearly not interested and seemed reluctant to let me try out the sizes. Disappointed cos the last brother who manned the store was much more helpful and friendly.

P	Pung Kok Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there just now and bought a bag. The seller is cold towards us when we ask some question. When i told him why shopee price cheaper than shop but just give me some reason rather than giv that price to sell me. Even worst, when i go back home, he immediately change shoppee price(additional 2 dollar). Not coming back again since you think i only can get motorcycle goods here.
N	Nur Hafizah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Despite all the bad reviews, me & my partner decided to give it a go but totally regretted it! The service was terrible. The staff didn't welcome us or offer any help but instead, he was either busy playing with his phone or looking at the stocks. We asked a few question pertaining to the helmets on the display but he doesn't bother to assist us further. To cut it short, the staff attitude changes once we informed him that we decided to make our purchases. He became friendlier ? So i guess, it's based on either you are a potential buyer or just a window shopper!
J	Jaylekk Anasiru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited HelmetBoys on 19/02/2022 and the service was horrible. The man who was attending the store at 2:50pm at time of visit was very unwelcoming. When asking which helmets is included for specific package he just agrily said over there using his head to point. When asking to whether I can try a different size to fit my head, his response was "Size no problem, you see which package you want and buy" without telling me which helmets are included in each package. From the beginning he seemed annoyed as soon as we came in.

I agree with one of the reviewer earlier, the owner is not a good sales person, but he is the type I like, I tell him what I want, he show me what I shortlisted, no up sales, buy and go. Anyway, good price for a new learner to start with.
I	Ida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm.. went to the shop without reading any reviews. After reading, almost all of the reviews were precise. Husband and I came in with the intention of buying. Both of us had zero clue with regards to helmet as we were attracted by the google upload after we searched for "helmet for 2b students". Came in, customer service rabak. Ask about the types of helmet for learner's package, he pointed "this. This." And off he go. We couldn't ask about anything in particular as he was busy doing his stuff. But on the bright side... Everything changed once we told him that we're getting 2 sets of the $99 Learner's package. Service was superb thereafter. He became extremely friendly and gave us encouragement, not to quit as we just spent $198 and it's a big deal. Thank you! :) Please be informed that Gloves given were the total opposites, unlike the picture uploaded via their website. Should just upload the intended gloves instead. I've uploaded the items from the $99 Learner's Package. Hope this helps.

However, the salesman was helpful in showing the different helmets available for the 14k Gold Learners Package. Allowed me to try the different helmets for the package w/ different sizes, made sure that I tried on the new helmet and gloves before proceeding to payment. Lastly, wished all the best for my 2B Course.
