★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying furniture during lockdown is not the easiest however, i received generous help and advice via whatsapp chat from the staff at the company. I bought the Rhode Island rattan sofa set and was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the rattan along with the cushions - firm and nicely covered. Benefits from a 2 year warranty. Delivery gentleman was polite and friendly as well. Surprised all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Viggo rattan chair from Hemma Online Furniture. Though the design l wanted was not in the new website, they managed to trace back for me. Service was prompt and responsive. Payment was easy and fast. Delivery was also fast. The delivery man was polite and very obliging.
The collection are nice and unique. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw these chairs online after searching loads of sites for a stylish rattan outdoor chair for my balcony area. I wanted something that would look good and actually be comfortable with no metal parts that would rust and these fit the bill. The cushions are removable and the shape of the chair is gorgeous with or without. The delivery was same day and the delivery attendant even unwrapped them and helped me get them to my balcony. Great price, great product, and great service! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Nusa Dua set. First the positive: overall service is satisfactory. Went down to collect as we needed the furniture urgently and they accommodated our requests efficiently. However, furniture was just left on the side of the floor, could have waited for us to arrive before leaving it. Set up was okay but the main issue was that the screws did not fit well and one chair had a screw missing so workmanship was a problem here. However, they had someone come down to fix it for us very efficiently so that was a plus point. As the furniture is wooden it does stain your clothes. Lacquer/varnish probably not yet dried (still after a week) so we'll see how it progresses. If you're expecting smooth/dried wood this set probably isn't for you. Other furniture online like the rattan chairs look good. But this set was rather troublesome to settle down.

After some very responsive whatsapp messages, they offered to drop off one of the items for us to view the very next day. We loved it, and they offered to leave the chair with the rest delivered the very next day. Very easy online payment, and super good customer service. This is a role model of what efficient, customer focussed online shopping should look like. Thank you Hemma !
