Very nice vinegar chilli, gravy was fantastic as well. However, the duck meat was slightly hard and cold. I personally prefer warm I would usually do a take away here, and reheat the meat at home. The meat is usually cold as it will be left out in room temperature. If they could somehow warm the meat up before serving, I'll be excellent! $40 for whole duck $20 for half $11 for quarter $3.50 for a single person portion

The braised duck meat tasted good. So did the gravy, soup, and chilli sauce. Huge bowl of rice but the serving of duck meat was really small. Most of the dish was the beancurd and egg.

Easily Top 5 Duck Rice in Singapore. Their taste is old school style of Duck rice very different than the others. Rice portion is big enough as I usually needed to add rice but no need for this. My rice was left like 10% and duck meat still have lots of it. Total only $4 with egg added. Not many seller give you the whole meat and the skin on which prove they give big portion. Their herbal soup is very good too. I visited in the morning 10am on a Thursday and already have 5 people line up.

Kinda felt cheated. Then sign says goose which got me excited. However, they don't sell goose over the counter. You need to pre-order 2 days in advance and need to buy a whole goose at 100 dollars. Other than that, they offer braised duck, innards, pig ears, tofu, pig skin egg.. Surprisingly, no pig innards.. Either that or was out of stock when I went at 12.30. Also, only white rice. Duck was average, but gravy and then soup that accompanied the duck I felt was good. Herbal taste that wasn't too overpowering.

I was initially excited to be able to taste some Goose Meat but sadly it needs to be ordered in advance. The Braised Duck Rice was so so IMO, but I liked the very sourish Chilli Sauce and the Herbly Braised Soup.

I am a big big fan of teochew braised anything,braised duck probably being highest on this list. So I am very very critical and fussy when it comes to teochew cuisine,it just has to be done just right. Ordered for takeaway,one packet of duck rice with extra "lor",as i got a big whiff of the braised sauce and it was darn fragrant to say the least. Also added duck liver,braised egg and tau-kwa (greedy boy that I am). The sauce was not the thick gooey and sweet kind,rather it was very wet and savory.. very salty but paired insanely well with the white rice,which was not clumpy and hard at all,but of a better grade overall as compared to other hawkers. The piquant and spicy chilli had a somewhat sour twang and kick to it,but was suprisingly good to go with the entire dish. The braised egg and tau-kwah was probably braised and left overnight for the flavours to soak in entirely,which left me hankering for more. The liver was soft and yet retained the mineral-y taste to it,making it just oh so tasty. Now comes the actual star of the whole dish,the braised duck meat. I have read comments here that it was hard and chewy and not flavorsome enough. The meat i felt was indeed very firm and a little chewy,but that was how our grandfathers cooked it back in the day. As I chewed the meat,it started releasing subtle layers of herbs and spices,and then i realised that this was done excatly the way it should be,to elicit those very same flavor-explosion in the mouth. As a certain Madalorian once said, "This IS The Way." Would I return for this stall?Most Probably So. In my opinion,this is probably one of the top 5 best duck rice stalls in SG, the 4 other favorites of mine being Ah Xiao Teochew Duck Rice in Golden Mile Food Centre, Hollywood Braised Duck Rice in Sims Food Centre, Kun Ji Duck Rice in Marine Parade Central Food Centre, and My-All-Time-Best-Of-The-Best, Long House Soon Kee Duck Rice in Balestier Food Centre. My Rating: 8.5/10

One of the best braised duck in S’pore. Meat are tender and well braised. This stall sell what you ordered. Meaning - I have ordered heart and they genuinely give you heart (look at attached photo), no mixture of liver. Love the way they prepared the food. Soup is good too, not too overpowering herbal taste. $6 for the plate with drum and heart, reasonable?

Total damage: 14.50S$ Payment: Cash only How: Since it is inside Tekka Market, you scan qrcode, you find your own seat, you queue, you order, they make, you pay, you collect, you take pictures, you eat, you clear n go. Taste: Very good. Pros: Very good taste. Cons: Inside Tekka market, no aircon, queue can be long depending on time of visit. Will eat again?: Yes
