Terrible service. Very dismissve. Bought a wall clock with pendulum in Nov 2019. The shop issued 3 months warranty. 2 months later the batteries compartment leaks. Send for repair immediately. The trauma begins. Have to constantly called to check the repair status. The response is it is with the repair agent. This drag until April 2020. Called to check the status. Asked to come down immediately to collect the clock. Unavailable to collect within short notice Given 2 hours to collect before the store close. Then the store closed for 2 months for cb. Called again. Was told yo pay $15 for the repair service. Very disappointed with the service. Will never go to this store again and will never recommend this store to anyone.

Went to this shop being attracted by the vintage look of the shop. Very detailed series of Seikos and Casio watches. Bought one as a gift for a cousin. Good recommendation, heart warming atmosphere. When the owner knew it was bought as a gift, gave a nice seiko box, packaged it beautifully for me. When I went it was running a 30% discount not seen as well. If you know watches, this is a place you shouldn't miss??

As it's a mom-and-pop local store with two elderly persons and their son running it, I thought to support a local mom-and-pop shop, instead of buying online. Unfortunately, this is one shop where I felt pressured this time. In the past, I bought a bedside alarm clock from them before and the experience was OK. I'm not sure why this time the experience was really bad. Maybe they're desperate to make a quick sale. The younger staff was more customer-service oriented and I give credit where it's due. Because he showed a different colour of the model I wanted and changed the clock the first time when I mentioned of the stain on the surface. However, I can't say for the elderly guy who sighed a few times throughout as I was asking questions if they have other colours in the same design. I guess business must be quite bad, as the whole time I was there - they kept wanting to collect payment even though I was still processing my thoughts and haven't even inspect that everything's in order with the clock. I didn't mention other customer-experience-destroying things the shop did, but long story short I left without buying, feeling exasperated (maybe even borderlining on anger). I'm going online to buy my clock.

Bought a battery at this stall, SGD6 for 1 piece…. After awhile my friend me that the battery only cost around 2-2.5 and he got it from another stall around that area… so I turned back and ask the uncle if he charged me wrongly… but he said no their price is like that… very very very dishonest owner… and after I read the Google review… I cfm I stepped shit… since they are all old folks.. forget it..

Very irresponsible shop and terrible service after destroying my watch after a battery change. I went to Replace the G-shock battery last Friday 11th Dec 2020 and found out that the seal of the back panel was not replaced properly when I went for a swim today 16th Dec 2020. Photos of the watch being destroyed and the rubber seal exposing outside the back cover. Went back to the shop for answer but the owners rebuttal is the seal was bad and came out of the cover by by itself from inside the watch. He refuse to claim any responsibility and when I asked him to give me a receipt of the battery replacement that he did not provide, he wrote done no guarantee for water proofing. When I said I would be making a compliant against him he almost threw the watch back at me. I had no issue if he claimed responsibility and mentioned that it was his fault during the replacement and mentioned that he is unable to replace it. Had he mentioned that during the pandemic and bad business, he cannot replace the watch but can refund me the battery fee or give me a discount voucher as I would have to buy a new watch. In the end, I walked several meters away to a mall and got a new G-shock with more features at $139. Please do not visit this store.

Speechless and super angry with this shop. Just asked 2! Basic questions and reply I get is that if I’m so fussy they won’t repair my watch. This is really ridiculous . Called a customer FUSSY because of 2 basic questions . Honestly just close the shutters and no one will disturb you. Go at your own decision. I should have read the reviews before heading down.

Dishonest and poor quality work Run by an unethical family. I came to replace battery for 2 watches. Was shocked that it cost almost $70. The first red flag is that the auntie said they do not take credit card, which is weird as how can they be selling watches worth hundreds and thousands with no card transaction. She forced me to use NETS, which I did. Not even one week later, the watches stopped working and there was water condensation on the inside of the watch case. Brought it back and the uncle simply said my watch is cheap that is why. The watches were both Casio and Timex, which has been with me for years, both are trusty brands. When I tried to ask for refund, the daughter that was there also started to join in. In the end, it was 3 of them against 1 single customer. They won and I simply had to not only lose money but also lose my watches as well. I brought to another watch dealer, and the internals had already moisture compromised due to improper servicing and closure. According to the real expert, this uncle did not seal the casement at all. My seal was missing, he threw it away. I did not think I should write a negative review, since it is clear this is a family business. But according to other reviews, some with similar issue as mine, it is not right for them to work like this. I hope Karma repays them adequately. They are horrible family, from parent to children.
