★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best selection of microbrands of watches in Singapore! The only shop to have a leather craftsman for those custom made leather straps! Courses for watchmaking is all done in house! The best thing is their attentive customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to admit, the place does really look nice and all. However, the whole experience was a let down by the lack of attentiveness by the staff.
Walk in only to be greeted by stares. I had to break the ice by saying hello to them.... Seriously....
Usually I was often asked what I'm looking for and after giving the attending person what I had in mind, more often than not I would be walking out the shop with purchase in hand within the next 15min. This incident however, no one bothered to ask anything or even attempt to. This guy just follows you wherever you go and only gives single word replies....
Needs to retrain the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dismal experience, such a well-laid out store with plenty of watches on display, and yet they don't have even have a $15 tool in the shop to help put back a watch cover, if you purchase any battery operated watches from them, be prepared to have your watch serviced elsewhere, they don't even do the most basic of watch services. Watch wonderland indeed, walk in there and you will wonder why do they even call themselves specialists in horology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling most unique and niche brands in Singapore. So if you are looking for new refreshing style, do give this shop a visit. I got myself an exotic watch from Mr Jones UK, Watch Wonderland is the authorized retailer here in Singapore. Very satisfied with my purchase!
