β β β β β I had a fantastic experience at the Suntec outlet and so did my friend. We ended up buying two amazing pieces under the expert guidance of Crystal who went above and beyond to assist us. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I had in years.

β β β β β I enjoyed the sincerity and promises the staff offered back in early 2018. The staff was attentive, got my particulars and promise to follow up soon. Yea promise is a pretty strong word. Itβs 2021, and technically itβs past 1000 days, the pandemic happened and I guessed over a million folks died. I find it funny because I never heard from them, like ever. Ironically I received at least a couple of calls from other establishments and boutiques in late 2018. Since itβs past a thousand days of waiting, I just wanted to share my joy that were added to my collection (retail), but these two babies donβt come from sincere fine watches. Haha.

β β β β β Poor customer service in general. Made enquiries online, and Samantha got back to me. I thought this was a good sign of responsiveness. However, subsequent follow up queries directed to Samantha about purchasing were met without a reply, even after emailing or leaving a message. Not too sure if they are actually sincere in their dealings with customers. Reading other reviews suggests that perhaps this local brand has unfortunately lost what it started off with.

She is an asset to keep and her customer service makes me comes back to this AD for more. I have purchased 3 pieces from her. Overall Crystal in my opinion deserves a raise as she surprises me beyond my expectations as a customer. Keep it up

β β β β β Went to Sincere to buy Breitling Superocean heritage. Was very well & politely received by Christina. Ordered the watch and received in 9 days (was expecting 6-8 weeks, as mentioned by other AD). Impeccable service & very soft spoken. Highly recommend. Please ask for Christina at the store.

β β β β β When down to suntec sincere on 21May to purchase my zenith timepiece.Mr Deric Tham was knowledgeable, frank and patient while answering to my queries even on other watches, i reached the shop at 730pm although the shop is closing soon he still took time to explain the function of the watch to me in detail. Im a serious buyer and he is a serious seller. Great time spend at the shop. Thumbs up
