Great location and room was clean. Love the self check in and out services. Communication is great with the guest manager Jarwin and Jolene. Both of them assist us during our stay! Highly recommend place to stay and hotel location was awesome near mrt and tourist spot!

I stayed in three rooms in the apartment across a period of four weeks. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at the apartment and it's been a pleasant experience away from home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The inclusion of complete working amenities and appliances are fantastic. I've stayed at other serviced apartments and more costly hotels without the complete suite of amenities Heritage Apartments at Clarke Quay has to offer. The apartment was in a good location and central to everything -- Clarke Quay MRT station, Funan SG mall, shops, tourist destinations, and malls. The beds creaked a bit but otherwise all rooms were comfortable. The WiFi had generally good speeds and throughput, except on occasion when it can get annoyingly slow. The inclusion of Apple TVs in the rooms added an unexpected 'wow' factor. Guest Satisfaction Manager Jarwin deserves five gold stars, and one of the reasons I continued to extend my stay at the apartment. Jarwin is friendly, courteous, helpful, and always on top of communicating any updates, changes, and services relating to the facilities. He's always on the front foot, literally providing me with an umbrella on a rainy day.

The location is great for the couple staycation for 3D2N. It is 10 mins walk to Clarke Quay Central where Don Don Donki is open till 12am, and around 15 mins walk to Funan Mall which has many restaurants and Fairprice Finest. There is Macpherson BBQ right by the side of the entrance of the hotel where you can settle your lunch and dinner. You can also cross the road and buy ice cream or coffee from Dopa Dopa Creamery and bring it directly back to the room. Further down the streets, there is another Punch Cafe that serves great coffee. Clarence as our Guest Satisfaction Manager was very helpful during our stay. The check in process was fast and he introduced the amenities within the room to us with great details. There is this instance where he helped to replace the induction cooker for us within 15 mins after we contacted him that the cable looks a bit moldy. In addition, he is always with a smile when we talk to him during our stay. The other staff members were also very nice to us and greeted us every time we met. One can feel that the greetings are genuine and they truly want the guests to feel at ease. Overall, I strongly recommend this location to anyone or couples who enjoy doing some light cooking during their staycation or walking by the boat quay area and enjoy the breeze in the evening. The pricing of our room is very reasonable together with the SG Rediscover voucher. The only down side, I would say is maybe there is no view from the room window but I have to say this is a bit of nitpicking when it is so closely located to the boat quay. Both my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the staycation and we look forward to staying with Heritage Collection again. Thank you very much to Heritage Collection @ Clarke Quay team (Clarence, in particular) for the wonderful staycation experience.

Budget friendly hotel with many great restaurants and bars around. Not a big fan of their check-in system. Room has a weird smell and floor is dirty.

I previously stayed at the Heritage Collection Chinatown and had one of the amazingly cleanest rooms in my many years of travel and staycations. So this time I booked a single room at their Clarke Quay property but was sorely disappointed due to reasons below. It was a 3D2N staycation from 24-26 Aug, in room 102 (1st floor). But first, what I liked: - Excellent and prompt service by the team especially Veronika and Khine. Veronika is an asset to this place - she was very warm and hospitable, way better than the Chinatown team (who rushed me to check-in before I could even put down my bag and wet umbrella). Later on when I mentioned the room was dirty, they quickly sent the cleaner to clean those areas and kept apologizing. - Even though I found the room too small even for a single, I commend them on the well use of space as it has a full kitchenette on top of the usual amenities. However, It is not really easy to cook as the table top is really small and there is no dish rack for drying dishes or kitchen cloth (have tissue and kitchen wipes but it's not environmentally friendly). - Great that they upgraded from the traditional lock and key to a card key system. What spoiled my stay: -VERY NOISY: As my room was nearest the main door, I could hear people come in and out of the main door at all hours - doors slamming, footsteps, staff talking outside in the hallway, plus the echo effect due to layout of place which amplified the noise further. It honestly felt like someone was living in the hallway due to all the noise. I'm a light sleeper and used both white noise and ear plugs but could still hear some noise despite that. - The bed was also very creaky: I'm of slim build, yet each small movement led to loud creaks from the bed. I can't imagine a larger person on the bed... - DIRTY room: I have allergies so cleanliness is important to me. Furthermore, in pandemic times, I think all the more cleanliness is crucial and should not be compromised but stepped up instead. However, on checking in, I noticed there was an accumulation of dust, debris and hair under the bed (luggage space) and in some corners of the room. (Over the course of my stay, I found debris in the 2 drawers, in the fridge and freezer as well as a thick layer of dust on the top of the bed frame). It seemed like some less obvious/visible areas were not cleaned for some time, hence allowing the build up of so much dirt. I'm not sure what the main issue is: understaffed, insufficient cleaning time or simply a sloppy job but I hope the management and cleaning team here can work together to improve the situation. It was at this point that I informed the reception team who promptly sent the cleaner to clean the floor and that was great. But it would have been better to have a clean room to begin with. Also, I did not mention the other dirty places (eg drawer, fridge) later on during my stay when I discovered them as I just wanted an undisturbed break. Honestly I'm disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and am unlikely to try out other rooms in the Clarke quay property as the cleaning team may be doing the same with other rooms. Cleanliness is an important factor in the hotel industry so I hope they can work at maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness at this property. Seeing that the Boat quay property is just across the street makes me wonder if they share the same cleaning team/ standards.. hopefully not. - Another issue faced was the inconsistent Wi-Fi: sometimes I couldn't use the internet or download updates or use apps unless the Wi-Fi was turned off.

I booked the premium studio for my parents who use it as a self isolation hotel for first two days after they arrive at Singapore. Room is clean and confortable with enough amenities including kitchen set. My parent feel this is home, especially they received kind greetings and help from Miss. Khine, Mr. Jarwin, and others hotel managers. I highly recommend this place as a stay in Singapore especially if you are looking for a place with affordable price and has a kitchen.

Overall a pleasant 2 nights stay. The staffs communicated promptly via WhatsApp group chat. Location is great, can reach many tourist spots and shopping areas by foot, and there are many food choices around the area.

Stayed here for 7 nights while my house was under some minor renovations and had an amazing experience at this accommodation! Service: The team was really prompt and helpful during the entire stay. Clear instructions for check-in were provided before the stay, and a whatsapp chat was created with the service team for any queries and updates throughout my whole stay. The team was also made sure to inform on time and dates for the room cleaning, and to ensure that I won't be disrupted during these scheduled arrangements. Props to Kenneth, Irean and Wenny from the service team! Room: It was like a home away from home, really comfortable with essential facilities in the room for daily requirements. Really appreciated the mini-kitchen as I can still continue making some light meals in the room. Opted for a room without windows but was pleasantly surprised with the skylight in my room which really brightened up the room during the day. Location: It's right smack in the centre of town, 5 min walk to Clarke Quay MRT, a stone's throw away from many popular eateries, cafes and bars. Price: Not exactly the cheapest but definitely worth the price!
