★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. looks like familiar and is not so big. Rooms good but are small. the toilet and shower more big than the room. but is not a problem because when we booked this hotel we knew this handicap. 1big luggage is a little difficult moving in the room, for 2 big luggages is better if you book a superior room. AC working perfect and tv with some internationals channels. 4min walking form clarke quay station. for Breakfast you need to walk 1 min to another hotel (same brand). breakfast place is small and basic. problems sometimes for find a seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to my solo stay with all expectations met and exceeded as my mind was enthralled with nature to my right and city vibes to my left. Took a breather (and some photos) as I laid on the comfy and spacious bed to begin the process of unwinding. If value-for-money had a cousin, Clover would be it. I cannot begin to describe the remarkable attention to details from the bathroom to the pleasing aesthetics on the wall to the cute coffee table. Yet still encapsulating an atmosphere of gleeful relaxation. Room turned cool in minutes with a 20°c temp and low fan mode selected. Hotel surely takes care of your privacy as well with a divider between bathroom and toilet. Room amenities like the slippers, towels, soap and coffee also add to the smile in your heart. Hit your data cap for the month? No worries as there is free WiFi available for light use :) Overall a five star first impression and highly recommended for travellers looking to stretch their dollar. Thank you by the way to Firdaus for the smooth check-in process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to stay in that hotel. It is dirty and noisy. The hotel really need renovation. Walls are dirty with mould! My first room was just next to some cabinets with electricity so couldn’t sleep whole night. I got my room changed and another problems popped up. There are no one in the reception, every time you need to call and wait. Cleaning service extremely bad, they didn’t even empty my full trash bin! Location is amazing but for longer stay, it is too tiring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The Aircon is faulty. Making loud noises early in the morning. Me and my partner didn't have a good sleep.
2. We had call to informed the issue no solution was given.
3. No one even even bother to come to rectify the issue.
4. No service recovery.
5. After we called for third time mentioning about service recovery they stop picking up call.
6. We have called about 8 times no one even attend to the our call.
7. They mention about 8am there will be someone to check but didn't.
8. They say they will get back to us but nothing is done.
9. No one at the counter to assist.
????????
Please don't consider this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Posting because I want others to not arrive and have nowhere to stay! Clover hotel overbooked and did not have a room for me to stay. I booked on booking.com, arrived at the hotel to find a sign that no one was in reception - walked to their other hotel to find no one in reception. 2 hours later that reception tells me they have no room for me and puts me in a taxi to their third hotel where I waited there for 40 min until I finally asked that reception what was happening…. Again they had no room. It was a mess - I finally used their phone to find a last minute hotel 30 min away closer to airport. Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Hotel Clover the Arts. Everything is messed up at this hotel. From the point we step in to the hotel, there was no one manning the front desk. I had to call the hotline in order for someone to attend to me and my partner.
The room was another issue, the air-con seems to be submerged in the Sea Aquarium, it was producing running water noises. We were awaken at about 6am due to the sudden squeaking noises made by the air-con. Alerted the front desk personnel but she informed me that nothing can be done as the maintenance guy only comes in at 8am.
8am passed by, still not a single soul came to follow up on the issue. It seems like the front desk personnel wasn’t well trained to manage on unforeseen circumstances. There’s simply nothing else for me to compliment on this hotel.
Please think twice when booking for this hotel.
Extremely Disappointed Guest,
Simon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. The location is great and the room was as promised, small but clean and comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. What I want to mention in particular are the especially helpful attitude and actions of Jonathan, who was managing the front desk part of the time I was there. I ran into an unexpected problem in Singapore, nothing too serious but just the sort of thing that can spoil a holiday. Jonathan went out of his way to help me to solve my problem, even staying after work to help, giving advice, and generally going far beyond the call of duty; and all done with great consideration and kindness. It was my good fortune that he was around when I had a problem to solve! Thank you very much, Jonathan. I really appreciate your kindness.
