โ โ โ โ โ Great location and place to stay in Boat Quay.
Friendly staff. As clean as the pictures portray. Complimentary coffee, tea, and Oreos. Enjoyable view of the skyline from the rooftop.
My only qualm was that I could still hear the loud music from passing cars and the nearby club despite the included earplugs, especially on the weekend. That's the required sacrifice for such a great location. Heavy sleepers won't have issues.
Investment in earplugs with higher noise reduction rating (NRR) would change my review to 5 stars for this hostel.
Would stay again!

โ โ โ โ โ Stay here last week for a night, enirvoment and place is very closy and nice, Toilet and pantry is very clean. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The only thing I think they can do better is the Air-conditioning, when the sheet is lower very hot inside, can do better on this part, there is Table and chair and also a big circle table one level one if customers want to eat their food in the hotel. I hope there will be restaurant for breakfast serve in the future. One last time can I have the name of the Indian girl with tattoos that serve me that day? Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly, attentive and professional staff. Clean and comfortable. Capsules are spacious and provide a wonderful nights sleep. I slept a little too well.
The location is perfect. Minutes walk from everything. The MRT station is just around the corner. The canal, little china and Fort Canning Park are just down the road. Gardens by the Bay is less than 30 minutes walk.

โ โ โ โ โ A 5-star experience in a capsule hotel. Service was truly amazing. One guest was behaving rudely to me and the staff. I called the front desk, and she immediately got a bed ready for me on a different room, where there was no one.
I truly felt cared for during my stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Dash is a friendly host, and she is passionate about providing excellent customer service. She genuinely asks for feedback. I missed out giving one. It will be better if the capsule hotel has portable fans for the guests to use. The air con in the rooms can get warm.

โ โ โ โ โ Really recommend it for backpackers or solo travelers.
The capsule is very nice and cozy. The bathroom is very clean and neat. Besides you can walk along from the hotel to anywhere. The best thing about this place is the reasonable price and the warm welcome from Dash (not sure I spell the name right). She is one of the staff at the reception counter and very lovely.

โ โ โ โ โ This place truly lives up to its vibes as a Japan-inspired capsule hotel. It reminded me of my past travel experience in Japan. I love how the lobby is bright and airy and there is a unique soothing scent that fills the atmosphere. I like how there is lo-fi music in the background too. Overall, the place is aesthetic, clean and comfy! Basic amenities are provided too. Also wanted to thank Dash for her cheery personality and hospitality. You wouldn't feel out of place in a capsule hotel like this but rather you'd feel safe and comfortable. The noise level is acceptable and they provide earplugs too so falling asleep at night won't be an issue!

โ โ โ โ โ This year, I decided to start on a new chapter to live independently. Stayed at KINN Capsule Hotel for 2 weeks as a temporary lodging while waiting for my rented room to be ready. It was the best capsule hotel I ever stayed in.
The lobby, my capsule, shared bathroom and pantry are all clean and nicely designed. Friendly customer service & awesome hospitality from Dash & the rest of the hotel staff. Honestly, it felt like a second home!
Love every minute, hour & day during my stay. I even got acquainted with a few guests all of whom are friendly to talk to and share experiences. If given another chance to, will definitely be back! Great location in the heart of city behind Boat Quay filled with pubs and restaurants! Highly recommended!
