S	S Khin Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful time staying at the Seah Street Premium Loft with my best friend. There were lots of dining options nearby as we were in the city centre. The loft room was very well equipped and comfortable, and the high ceiling was a plus point. The self check in and mobile key took some getting used to at frist but worked out very efficiently at the end. I am definitely looking towards another escapade with Heritage Collections again!
E	Eng Tuan Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. Had difficulty with using the room key card on the phone at first but was smoother after switching off NFC and getting used to it. Bed, pillows and towels were comfortable. Would be helpful if the shower head can be placed / hooked higher. Not able to stand fully at the second storey of the loft (head will contact ceiling) but there was a nice reminder sign to mind our heads. Chanada and John were very friendly and helpful hosts, they kindly agreed to our request for late check out, and provided clear and concise instructions during check in. :)

All was good except: 1) I wished that there were more disposables like toilet rolls and tissue boxes provided since the house-keeping is done every week if it's for more than a week's stay. 2 toilet rolls for 2 nights stay were just enough but it's not ladies. 2) The layout of the bed was rather squeezy. Barely any walk-space once you climb up the stairs. In all, such rooms are good for couples and singles who want a homely feel.

They managed to extend my stay and often checked in on my welfare. Very caring. Very helpful. Shout out to Mary and John. Thank you!
R	Raymond Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially shock by how small the room is (I was staying in a Premium Loft), but I think its good enough for couple. There were some technical issue with the TV, but fortunately Mary was came really quickly (from her office i guess) to look into this issue. And they were really nice to upgrade my room to Premium Loft Plus, which the room was super awesome! (I guess I would go for this room in the future). The room was ready within 2 hours after clean-up. In which I think their way of resolving this issue was really good and fast! Thank you Mary, Sonic and John for the warm welcome and wonderful service throughout the staycay! These are the best hotel staff and service I have ever had!
d	david Hume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Great facilities, quirky split level lay out. Unfortunately some corners of the apartment hadn't seen a duster in a long time. Specifically the top of the right hand lower wardrobe and the inner aspects of the bedside shelves were very, very dusty. In a space that is this compact there is no justification for lack of basic housekeeping.
J	Jamie Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying in this kind of loft hotel which was great! I like it that it has 2 storeys which made it feel really special. Love it that it comes with kitchenette and we could make our meals without leaving the hotel. Even though it was right next to the road, there was no noise issue at all. Would have liked it more if a shared TV account can be provided because we didn't have our own Netflix account. Other than that it was great! Would like to try out other locations of Heritage Collection next time (probably premium loft plus type). Thanks for the great experience! ?
L	Liana Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loft @ Seah was great. Love the location and place. The bathroom can be a tad bit more cleaner. Spotted a few mold in the grout and crevices. Other than that, place was clean and comfortable. Good location. Near bus stops that brings you anywhere you wish to go.
