I had a very bad experience with this company. They confirmed my order 1 week in advance of the scheduled delivery. To my dismay, they called me few hours on the actual day to tell me they cannot deliver to my unit (due to condo security and its above a shopping mall). I have suggested that we can go to the pick up point to collect ourselves (like what other catering company did). However, the lady kept on saying their driver refused to do so as previously he was chased away by security. I told her what other catering drivers did was to call us in advance and we will go down to wait for the driver instead, so we won't need the driver to wait for us. I questioned them why they informed us so last min (which they could have rejected our order 1 week in advance so that we could make our own arrangement in advance). I should have stick to the previous caterer if I have known this (it was also not stated in their requirement like what other company will state upfront). So pple, pls avoid this company if you do not wish your order to be cancelled at last min with whatever reason they gave.

Serve rubbish like processed fried fish balls and boiled hotdogs. I didn't know hotdogs can be boiled till mushy like bloated corpse fresh out of water till today. Chicken being the only non processed meat was extremely tough, like overnight. This company operates under a few names, hilltop, hewtop, Kim's etc. All from similar kaki bukit address. Buyers beware.

1st time trying Hewtop & ordered for 02 persons. It will be the last I am going to order from them. The portion is pathetic. Meat consist of 02 pieces of upper 1/2 of small chicken wing & 02 hard boiled eggs. Its not even 01 full chicken wing. WhatsApp them, saw message & never did reply. Buying food from the economical rice store in any hawker centre is better. I would gladly post pictures if possible. Order at your own risk. I have upped the star to 02 because the next 03 days were ok.. updatr as of end June. After feedback , it seems to be improving on portion . So from 01 star till 03.

Driver is a bully on the road. You don’t own the whole road for your speeding. Nobody owe you a living and never see such a type of driver before on the road. Company van number 6151.

I second the review about them being unhygienic and irresponsible caterer. Basically a half-hearted effort to cook meals. My mum also commented that she felt like an animal eating those food. Likewise, the vegs were like scraps thrown together. Today was the last straw- they delivered beansprouts that was rotten with a bad drainage smell! Obviously not washed properly. Mum had a mouthful and spitted it out, but still ended up with diarrhea. Reported to SFA too.

Food portion is a lot for one pax, but served too much processed food. Ordered the trial 5 day package and got a worm in the vegetables on my last day, as shown in the attached picture. The caterer apologized but damage is done and appetite is lost....

Food delivered is not fresh. Some issues with the minced meat. My father and maid ate it and fell sick. Both had diahorea. Had tried them but no one pick up. Had sent a text and they just replied that they will feedback to their kitchen. This is so irresponsible. Highly not recommended.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CATERER AT ALL COST. Here's why. First, I discovered a shred metal piece hides inside the vegetable. Fortunately, I spotted it and if this going to be in the stomach, it going to cause catastrophic injuries. Second, couple of days later, similar occurrence happened. It was discovered that the chicken minced meat was full of bubbles once I opened up the tingkat, a strong pungent smell can be sensed. It clearly dictates that the food already spoilt. I believe there could be someone posting this identical post as mine on the second occurrence. This definitely will cause diarrhea if consumed. I immediately terminate my order and ask for a refund.
