โ โ โ โ โ good location and open on sunday. have good number of maid bio to choose as compare to agencies nearby. salesperson serving was a lady called nuri, helpful and informative. hope our helper can arrive on time.
1 year update: our helper gets along well with our family. there are hiccups along the way, which we had expected as we r first time employers. our agent helps to counsell our helper and gives us tips to be better employers too. thz alot hikmah and to our agent nuri.

โ โ โ โ โ Like one of the reviews here.. Staff handles better than so called boss. Very true, will give the staff thumbs up but not the boss. The boss claims she is a boss BUT when problem arise, she said she is a manager. VERY weird. I took from Joochiat branch but My sis took from their katong branch & this BOSS said she cant handle cos different management. Funny isnt it? If you happen to engage Hikmah, just look for the staffs. dontwaste time

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Hikmah Maid agency and especially to the agent who attended to me, Miss Nury. My family and I had issues with the previous agency. We were left stranded without help and was stuck with a demanding and overbearing helper. Fortunately we were referred ti Hikmah by our relatives. Our agent was honest and clear about the terms of service and best of all, matched us with a wonderful helper based on our needs.. Alhamdulillah. โ โ โ โ โ 2 stars for the hassle free placement. Thumb up. Before signing, we were told by the agent the reason for the maid only serving 1 yr for the ex-employer was due to employer immigrated overseas. We got the maid in. As soon as the first yr free replacement period passed, we were shocked when the maid told us she wanted to go back to the agent and was transferred in a few days... Well, we understand the market shortage and would expect the agent to understand it is hardly a one-off deal.

Yes, there is no breaching of MoM guidelines. Otherwise it would have been reported. We simply list down the fact, including the "coincidence". We dont want to guess too much, but rather treat it as a lesson learnt to share with the rest.

โ โ โ โ โ not the cheapest agency for maid hire... this our 2nd maid from Hikmah. she arrived after 4 months wait but i guess it was worth it bcoz she is an absolutely great worker. our sister did not have such luck previously but we must keep in mind that we are talking abt hiring human here... maids can change their mind and it is their own free will to work or not. even MOM cant help us with it (trust me, i have called them many times, they really give so much face to the maids)
i am happy though that Hikmah agency is always easy to reach. i dont like the fees, which have increased! and i have not liased with other agents there to comment much but kak Nury has has helped us the most..

โ โ โ โ โ My hubby & I was referred to Hikmah by our friends and family. Was skeptical when we saw some negative reviews here but took a leap of faith, trust our family & went with it. It was scary as it cost a bomb to employ a helper and pay *so much* agency fee. It was the right move as we had finally employed a wonderful & lovely helper! Soon she will be renewing with us! Tbh our agent has always responded to our questions and texts (although sometimes late but never left us in the lurch). and we owe it to her as well for selecting Bik Yuyun for us! Thank you Hikmah & Thank you Nury!

โ โ โ โ โ The โbossโ aka manager used to run an agency at TKC long time ago. When i returned my FDW for a replacement for my late MIL, I had to pay a deposit of 2K which i promptly did. The following day my MIL pssed on and told them I donโt need a FDW anymore which they then said that they will refund me that deposit. Come following week when i came over to collect my deposit, the counter staff told me the โbossโ (Fauziah) was hospitalised so cannot return me my money. So i came the following week just to find out that she actually had closed down her agency and went MIA. When i found out she opened another agency with the pretext that she was the manager, I confronted her and all she say was talk to her lawyer cos sheโs a bankrupt. She was not apologetic for lying to me and eating up my deposit which she promised to return. May Allah give her the best โrewardโ for her actions.
