I have been engaging their service for about 10 years from Ubi to Bukit Timah, a responsible and trusted laundry shop that highly recomended. Worth for me come on weekly basis.

Very good service and friendly staff. For colored-stained T-shirt, staff took great effort to clean with care and look good as new!

Poor service and argumentative new owners. Do not follow instructions given and demonstrate bad attitude when they make mistakes. The old owners were polite and efficient and dry cleaning was done well for the last 13 years till the new owners took over recently. Will not recommend anyone to go to this dry cleaner.

Very helpful laundry service. Did dry cleaning for my wedding outfits- embellished dresses were not damaged. Pressed and nicely ironed upon collection. Groom’s suit which was initially stained by the boutonnière was also cleaned. Accidentally left a red packet in the groom’s pocket and it was returned immediately.

I know I went about forty-five minutes before closing time and so perhaps was relatively late, but I felt like the auntie was unnecessarily cruel towards me. She told me that they needed to close shop, suggested I was taking up their time, criticised me for making an online purchase, and outright told me she didn't have time to fold my item when I realised I couldn't afford the price. She said all this in an angry voice. When I asked her for advice, she told me they could not give me advice because they wouldn't be responsible if anything happened. I was so scared of making further inquiries about other items I need dry cleaned. I hardly give bad reviews, and don't even give bad reviews even when items are damaged or the wrong item was delivered because I know accidents can happen, but I don't want anyone to be treated like that and be made to feel so ashamed of themselves. I know people can have bad days, but please don't take it out on someone because they seem nice or like they won't be a regular customer. Perhaps to fellow customers, go at least an hour before closing time so as not to stress out the auntie? I read the reviews and am so confused. I don't know if I was treated that way because she thought I was not that rich and so didn't need to be treated well, or because she thought I was trying to exploit her when I was taken aback by the price. She treated me badly right from the start, though. To the auntie: I don't know if you reacted in the way you did because you think that people are out to exploit you because your laundry service is in a well-to-do area, but I would say to you that some people have genuinely never been to a laundry service because they grew up poor, even though they may live in a nice house, and simply don't know the prices. I just wanted to try taking better care of some relatively nicer items I have for a change, but I was made to feel like I people like me who don't have a tonne of money don't deserve to own nice items. I wasn't trying to exploit you, and I'm really sorry if you've ever been treated like that! I don't want to hurt your business, but I also don't want people to be hurt either.

Very satisfied with the services ? My clothes were stained and I wasn't sure how to get rid of stain, went down to Hillcrest Laundry and the aunty at the counter was very friendly to reassure me that they will handle it. Fast forward to a few days later they called me up and let me know it's ready for collection. As you guessed it, as good as new ???
