Coffee is ok. However the pastries need improvement. They are dry and hard which is not ideal esp for croissant. Staff are friendly though.

My eggs although nicely scrambled and moist came without the mentioned peppers or unagi. Felt slightly cheated. Sesame latte was average. Nice outdoor seating area.

Perfect breakfast place, love everything I've tried on the menu! Many dishes deserve 3 michelin stars, no kidding. Best organic place around, very genuine in cooking methods e.g. no microwave, food grown naturally etc. You can shop for organic produce at the back. Its pricey, but u save more in the long term with less medical bills. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here once a week.

Hidden Gem in Greenwood - this place has THE BEST coffee for miles around - Actually the only place I’ve found that makes a flat white the way it should be (all other places like baker & cook basically give you some weird latte hybrid). They bake their own bread & pastries which are delicious and their all day breakfasts are fantastic too! Produce is too expensive for me though...

Oat latte ($6 + $1 for oat milk) - 2.5 stars They don't use Oatly, I believe it's minor figures given that they sell Minor Figures oat milk. Minor Figures oat milk just doesn't froth as well and has a strange after taste. I don't usually care much about latte art but I guess it could be a proxy for a Barista's skill/experience. I'd go to Bearded Bella for an oat latte instead. I prefer Baker and Cook's coffee as well, although it's not as good as say Olla (haven't been in a while and can't remember what alternative milks they have). Long black ($4.80) - 3.5 stars Decent. Bread basket ($11) - 2.5 stars They left out the slice of sourdough at the start, and toasted all the bread without asking us whether we wanted the bread toasted. If bread is freshly baked, I much prefer it not toasted. They toasted the brioche, ciabatta, and one more type of bread, and they ended up too dry. When I asked for the bread to be fresh, they gave us a slice of fresh sourdough. Pity, because this was one of the better ones. Ciabatta, toasted - 2 stars Dry without texture. Brioche, toasted - 2 stars Dry. Not buttery. Tasted more like a plain dinner roll. Croissant - 3.75 stars Freshly baked so how wrong can you go with puff pastry straight from the oven? Buttery and flaky. Unfortunately the inside was unbaked and gummy. If cooked a bit longer it would be fantastic - probably a 4-4.25 star croissant and I'm not even a croissant person. Sourdough - 3.75 stars The texture of the bread was outstanding - just the right amount of springiness and gluten. The crust was too thick and tough though.

My go to place for quality and trustworthy organic and natural produce and products. You can taste the difference. I love the superantiox drink at the bistro. Not to mention burnt cheesecake using organic eggs and non-hormone/antibiotics cheese. Highly recommended. Do visit before they close the bistro part of the shop before end July 2022.
