G	Grace Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They destroyed my winter coat. Would give no stars if I could. Took my winter coat in for dry cleaning. They tried to charge us for a fur coat although it’s clearly only a faux fur lining. The lady only charged us appropriately after I wanted to leave and go elsewhere as I KNEW they were trying to stiff us. After picking it up, it sat in my closet for two weeks. Only took it out today as I’m moving to America to get married and they’ve absolutely destroyed my zipper!!! It’s a double zip and I can’t unzip the second zipper so can’t even open it to wear! It’s always been a lovely smooth zipper and now the metal teeth are distorted. Absolute waste of a lovely winter coat. Even worse, I’ve packed all my things and now have no coat to wear on the plane and when I land in sub-zero Northern California.

There was one night i came quite late around 8.30ish to use the DIY machine. She allowed me to dry my clothes even though she knows she will stay a bit later than 9pm. I am very grateful to her for allowing and waiting for me to finish drying my clothes. I always come back and use their drying machine services because the individuals made a difference to my experience. Thank you Ms Tan Ai Lin. ?
S	Siew Ling Poon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged a linen dress I sent for dry cleaning. The dress shrank and the hem line was uneven. They offered to stretch the dress so I brought it back to the store. However , the uneven hemline remains. They refuse to refund me the cost of the dry cleaning . Offered me a $50 voucher with a 6 month validity instead . I don’t dry clean clothes often especially now when we work from home. And the voucher can only be used for one time payment. The $50 voucher is meaningless to me. Very unprofessional, totally unapologetic .

Pesto dry cleaners at Jln Anak Bukit is not recommended as the service was not efficient. Was told to come at a time that they couldn’t deliver. Had to detour twice out of the mall to collect my items which was time consuming, extra car parking costs, and ultimately not a very pleasant experience. Service was normal and i'm just thankful that I managed to collect my items. Highly recommended to go to other places for express service if needed.

She's pleasant and courteous and always attentive to what is needed each time we are there. She has kept not only the place clean but also all the machines too. Only request is to provide more laundry baskets.

Ms Tan Ai Lin, your staff, is an absolute gem. She is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The quality of the dry cleaning is also very good - I am satisfied with it.
