Had my booster vaccination today. Even though I missed my appointment time, the staff were still accommodative. The place itself is a bit hard to find because it is one "shop" along an aisle of shops, but it is still visible from the road if arriving by car. You just need to alight inside the compound near the multi-story carpark and then walk a bit. The staff were very efficient and polite. Waited for only 5 minutes max as compared to vaccination centre like CC, but that is to be expected. They staff at the counter had everything processed very quickly and the doctor who administered the injection was very informative. For my hijabi friends, if you are concerned about privacy, perhaps it is better to attend the CC as they draw the curtains for you there. But to be honest, Hisemainn MC is still a pretty good place to get your vaccination.

Prob the best clinic ever, super friendly and patient staff. For those who need to do colour vision test for poly, it can be done here, no need to run ard finding or calling clinics. Price is also less than $25. Moreover, always pick up phone call too, definitely recommended??? Thank you once agn for the super service ?

I officially wants to make known this bad customer service of the clinic staff THOMAS. We had been a regular customer here. Bringing my domestic worker for medicial checkup every 6months. For 8 years, no problem. Until today. Firstly we were turn away by clinic staff this afternoon, saying the queue is very long, and this time checkup include xray which will take a longer time. Fine , we went home. And decide to go down this evening. Before going down, we call the clinic, and check the queue number. Thomas picked up the call, and straight away told me there is no xray service there, suggest us to go other clinic for checkup. I told why didn't your colleague inform us this morning?? He cannot answer and changed his statement by saying oh we will refer you to Jurong Point for the xray. Ok fine , we will come down now then tomorrow we go JP for xray. Do you know what he say???? He say oh you better come tomorrow morning. I asked why?? He say oh the doctor is busy now , not sure if he want to do the blood test for your helper. WTH!! I flared and asked him, why not you go and ask your doctor now??? Thomas replied: oh actually we prefer to take fresh blood for blood test, so morning is preferred. All this answers is to turn us away from coming. This is really absurd and he sound so rude and not professional. I shouted bcoz i cannot take it anymore. I told him i am trying to be nice from my first sentence, and because of his ridiculous explanation that is so inconvincing, I eventually flare up. I want a better explanation from the clinic.

Try your best to avoid this clinic. This thought is based on few visits (including consultation for kid and covid booster). Attitude of most of the staffs are not great. You may get different information from different staff, which led to harrassment...on one occassion. Some doctors are not updated about health protocol and guidelines for covid..

Terrible. I went there because I had a sore throat and I suspect strep throat because my colleague had gotten it. Doctor just came out, asked me what I was here for and left. He didn't even check my throat or my breathing. Counter person gave me lozenges and refused to even give any other medication. Strep throat is highly contagious and I went there to get early treatment and ended up with some lozenges. Waste of time and money.

Bad clinic and I have doubts if they are financially honest! I went basically to take medication for simple disease, the doctor told me that the medication is not available in the clinic and all GP clinic (although it is available !) and decided to cancel the consultation fees. After I left, the staff call me that they found the medication in the cardboard!! When I returned, they asked me to check my insurance card and told me that it is expired. Okay, If no fees to pay why you call me back to check my card and telling lies that medication is available !!!

The staff with the short hair is just plain rude. Simple question like which days doctor will be in the clinic if he is not in today, she refused to give answer. She just kept repeating dr. Is not in today. Go another clinic with black face and attitude. Is that even necessary? As much as i can try to understand she may be tired or exhausted, giving such bad attitute at simple qns being asked nicely is not necessary. Not my first time with facing such attitude.

Today, I went to this clinic and told the short woman that I had a fever and suspected COVID, but she said that I didn't need to see it, and that she would go home and apply on the website, and the government department would send medicine to me. The attitude of the two women at the front desk was very bad, very bad, not like responsible medical staff at all! I went to the doctor to explain the situation, and what was even more disappointing was that the doctor replied to listen to the two women at the front desk! Please do not go to this irresponsible clinic again! Really angry!
