Probably the worst and unprofessional healthcare service. The receptionist has no PR at all. Her parents probably did not teach her any manners and the organisation which hired her never checked on it. Highly not recommended.

I'm Jo here. My dad went down to your clinic at Hong Kah just now, due to heavy bleeding after his dialysis. My mom asked him to went down to the clinic ASAP to consult the dr, luckily the blood manage to stop. I would like to thank the dr and the nurses who attended to my dad. If not my mom and I won't know what to do

Strongly recommend those who stay west side to come over here. Dr Michelle Sim is the best doctor I ever met. She is so knowledgeable and always give the best solution to solve your problems. The first doctor who gave me the feeling of so comfortable to share some issues with her. There's a sliver cross clinic beside them I think, the difference between both is 1 heaven (iDOC) and 1 hell (Slivercross). Keep it up iDOC!!! :)

The worst clinic with a horrible staff at the front desk who has no brains to speak to patients, she needs to be educated on customer service. Unpolite and unprofessional behaviour towards patients, no basic manners on how to speak to customers brining down the clinics reputation. The way she spoke was extremely rude, if she isn't happy to serve patients then probably she should just leave the job.

Probably encountered the same rude Chinese receptionist like others today when doing my VTL ART test. Have no patience at all helping to verify my problem with the QR code. Would have gone to other clinic if I have read the reviews from others earlier.

My first visit to this clinic on a Monday morning as they have the PHPC scheme. Other clinics nearby were either closed or open in the afternoon. They put a notice β€œregistration full, please book online appointment” but I tried my luck and registered at the counter via walk-in. Although there were queue to see a doctor, I only waited for around half an hour despite being told by the receptionist that waiting time would be 2 hours. I would like to thank Doctor Michelle, the receptionist and assistant for making my trip there a pleasant one.

Doctor Poh is one of the few skilled doctors that I came across with good analysis and advice given. Although the clinic is always packed with patients, I’m sure the administration part can be improved if one more receptionist is added to the team to cope with demand of patients. Keep up the good work Dr Poh. It’s be even better if you can speak up clearer under the mask. Cheers
