Pristine Medical Clinic - 463 Jurong West Street 41

I have been seeing doctor kairul for more than 20 years.. he's very good and he's treatment is very good..one day i was in pain that ican't take it he's clerk jeenis..never think about my unbearable pain she say I can't go in first..even people arround would not mine when they see people in pain..

I brought my dad to see Dr Syed a few days back. My dad has been diagnosed with dengue fever by another GP prior. We then decided to bring him to Pristine clinic 2 days into his fever as his condition seems to be worsening as his previous GP was not open on weekends. At Pristine, he was prescribed with a couple of medication including ibuprofen and pacofen, both of which has anti-inflammatory properties that may not be suitable for patients with dengue as there could be a risk of dengue fever bleeding complications. We only found out about this after letting my dad took the medication and he had really bad gastric issues and nausea. We quickly brought him back to his previous GP and was told to stop letting him take this medication immediately. I urged everyone to be careful on any medication that is prescribed, always check and double check!

Have been going here for the past 10 years even tho i stay on the other side of singapore. Trusted doctors and execellent service as always. Even my son did circumsision with Dr khairul when he was a baby and he is now 7yrs old. Always feel comfortable and ease whenever i pay a visit.

Have been going to see Dr. Khairul for around 28 years.. He has seen my children grow. A trust worth it clinic. Dr Khairul is a humble friendly caring person. He really take his time with his patients to know the details and hande them with tender loving care. A place I will recommend to everyone I know.

This evening was my 1st visit to this clinic as it has a good review.. but was totally disappointed .. the doctor on duty arrived 35 mins late, he shown no interest in examining his patient nor ask questions.. he just look at patient less than 3 mins, next he asked us to wait outside to collect medicines..

Met the most impatient and annoyed doctor, Dr Syed, I have ever seen who did a perfunctory examination and would scold you for clarifying what he said when he speaks fast and unclearly. Has a strong prejudice against NSFs and is not afraid to voice it out. I went on a Sunday at 3pm. Unprofessional. Do not be fooled by its unbelievably high rating.

Yesterday morning on 21/02/22, I went to this clinic with an injury on my left elbow and triceps. according to the hospital they can't fix it and schedule MRI on April. the pain is agonizing. I can't functions my left arm properly. According to hospital my triceps was torn and there's nothing can be done until MRI. Luckily I trust my instinct to visit Pristine medical clinic instead of going to my company GP. Now the pain and swelling has drastically reduced and now I regain my mobility of my left arm. This clearly shows that the doctor in Pristine medical clinic is a better, more knowledgeable and it clearly shows this is the doctor that really cares for the patients. Thank you doctor. I pray that God grants you al afiah in this world and the next. From now on I will only visit Pristine medical clinic whenever I'm in well and need medical help. god bless doctor and pristine medical staffs...

I have known Dr. Khairul for more than 15 years and honestly, being the person that I look up to is simply amazing. He somehow makes you feel comfortable and treat you more like a friend and sets your mind away from being just a patient. He has the magic touch. Such an Excellent Doctor.
