Only disappointment was the fish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s becoming a touristy joint. Once my fave, the quality of food has declined and service pales in comparison to the one at selegie. We were in room 999, they were understaffed, the tables outside were not cleared despite customer left for a long time. Our food took way longer time to arrive and waitress was impatient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked in Tiong Bahru area near Link Hotel, this restaurant packs quite a fair number of tables with proper safe distancing measures. Welcomed by bamboo decorations and ordering through a tablet, the food selection is quite alot. Our order came through rather slowly though, even though the dinner crowd was so-so. Food is nice and we had the fresh 小龙虾 too. Price is considered reasonable at $150 for 4 of us with quite some dishes.

We waited for 20 min to be informed that they had forgotten about our grilled food and if we mind to wait another 10 min. The interval between the 3 dishes took a good 40 min despite not crowded and staff have time to chat around.
Requested for takeaway box but only get it done by 3rd time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, they serve the best 辣子鸡!! But please be aware that the chef are very generous with their spices! So if you cannot take spice, go for 微辣 whenever you place your order with them. Dine-in, takeaway tasted just as good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most hits, a few miss... the 水煮鱼，辣子鸡，汤圆dessert were amazingly good. But the 酸辣粉，abit disappointed as i was expecting more ingredients like the peanuts, coriander etc. Overall the service is fast and good and quite a quiet environment for good conversation among friends as the tables are well spaced out.
