★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Asako to cut my hair yesterday. I wish to have a new look from long to short hair. She was attentive, warm and friendly. She was very patient that she took time (from 5pm to about 6.15pm) to go through the haircuts via Google and did exactly what I want. She was really focused and detailed. She understood my concerns and I'm very pleased with her haircut. The result is something that I am happy to see everyday. She also taught me how to blow n wax my hair. Highly recommended her and I will return to her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time to be Flamingo at Tiong Bahru. Have a very nice experience with hair stylist Makoto, he is very gentle,friendly, and skillful. The environment is also clean, tidy and comfy.
I’ll come here again even it’s a bit far from my place, but worth for me to have a nice hair style :)

Overall excellent service and haircut!
Asako provided valuable advice on the hairstyle that is good for humid singapore and my hair type. Explains clearly the pros and cons of a certain hairstyle and how best to grow out my roots and the colors for highlights.
She also gave very good advice on the techniques to blow dry my side parting and how to change my parting. I noticed that she does not use strong heat on the hair during the blowdry.
Waited for my first wash after the treatment before reviewing. My hair still feels soft after first wash. I like the final hairstyle and it is easy to maintain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with hair studio flamingo . Shuya ,my stylist was very skilled in hair cut and suggested a beautiful colour to match me . He is very friendly and personable and gave me tips on how to curl my hair. Highly recommend shuya and flamingo for first timers who have never tired a Japanese salon .
