My helper visited this place yesterday to repair her iPhone's battery (which was the only issue), and left with a crack in her phone's screen. The staff member had the gall to deny his mistake with a raised voice, saying that he wasn't at fault even though she was standing right there and witnessed him roughly prying the screen off the phone. As if it wasn't preposterous enough that he would blatantly deny it all in an aggressive manner, he actually gave her a screen protector to send her off on her way, so she would leave the shop and essentially him alone. It's really appalling that he would take advantage of someone who was not comfortable with standing up for herself and wasn't sure if doing so would be accepted. Ridiculous. If he actually was blameless, why would he even bribe her with the free protector? The screen will cost hundreds of dollars to replace, and because my helper wasn't comfortable to confront him there and then, she's stuck with it and would have to bear that on her own cost if she were to replace it somewhere else. Never coming back again.

Serving me even the shop is closing. Kit, serving me nearly every months and give good advices. Glad to have him continue to serve the consumers. Well done! Keep it up!
