Holiday Inn Singapore Little India - 10 Farrer Park Station Rd

It was previously known as Ferrar park hotel. Post pandemic new normal, it has changed hand to IHC hotels and rebranded as Hoidiay inn Little India. The exterior and interior haven't changed one bit! All except the management. My stay here in the past under the previous management had not been good. Fast forward to 2022 June, under the better management of an international big hotel chain, they have improved every aspect. Rooms are small but quite acceptable. The bed is amazingly comfortable, air conditioning is very good especially the temperature control. Bathroom has great hot shower and good quality amenities. Good steady wifi, very quiet and peaceful at night. All have resorted my faith in this hotel. Having a direct access to MRT exit A, and close proximity to City Square and Mustafa center, makes this place a winner!

I have chosen the hotel for the 5 good reviews and because it is new to IHG. My expectations were that it will try to perform well. Nothing like this. Check-in: No dedicated check-in counter, no membership recognition. The staff was coldly polite but efficient. No welcome drink or voucher either. No help with the luggage was offered. Room: The room was extra small, no doubt why there is no indication of the size on the website. But it was not the biggest issue. No one cleaned the room until on the third day I switched on the "Clean my room" sign. In any normal hotel this is not needed. Restaurant: I stayed 7 nights and the rate included breakfast, but I ate there only the first 2 mornings. On the third morning, I was served only the toast bread and then waited for 25 minutes for 2 fried eggs and cold cuts. They never came. I ate the dry toast and this was my last breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant was not busy at all to justify such delay. The utensils were carried direct on the tray, not wrapped or placed over tissues. Check-out: The check-out was smooth and quick. No complaints. I will not stay again at this hotel. Unfortunately, my favorite and similarly priced HI Atrium was not available for the period.

Efficient and excellent service from check in in to check out. Busy hotel with high tourist traffic, yet front desk personnel were undeterred in their service especially Ms Fatehah and the whole team who were on duty at the front desk during our stay there - May 12 to May 15. Special mention - Ms Alice who was in charge of breakfast in the mornings. Such a pleasant personality and always with a smile to greet everyone no matter how large a crowd! Holiday Inn is indeed lucky to have her in their payroll. Lastly I must mention the housekeeping staff - we have never met nor interacted but whenever we see them down the corridor, they never fail to acknowledge or greet you! Sometimes it’s not about how large or grand your room is but it’s these small little personal encounters that count and Holiday Inn has both!

I checked in on 24th Feb and stayed till 05th march. It was a wonderful stay, the property being taken over the same day I checked in by the IHG management made it a great experience. The hotel is freshly renovated and the amenities are top notch. The staff including the manager and the front desk is really warm and make you feel welcome everyday. The location of the property is amazing, especially if you are an indian traveller, food will never will be an issue. Amanda Bhavan and mtr amongst many other Indian restaurants are only walking distance of 100-200m. Besides Mustafa centre proximity also helps for shopping addicts. The breakfast spread is quite good and it has decent variety for a vegetarian diners as well. I loved my stay here and would repeat it and highly recommend to others as well

Came for a short staycation. Check in was smooth and quick. Being a moderately sized hotel, staff seems to easily identify you as a guest, and would greet you ever so often. Loft bed is a new but wonderful experience. Location was right in the middle of little India and within walking distance to malls and shops. It is impossible to go hungry with the many eateries nearby. Would definitely be back.

Attentive staff with great service and care from the front desk to housekeeping and the concierge. Especially during the period where I have to isolate in the room when tested covid positive. The hotel staff are all very experience in handling cases like mine. They kept me calm and steady. Special thanks to Mr Justin from the Blue Jasmine who never failed to give me comfort breakfast, checking whether I am ok everyday without fail. Room is new and comfy. Able to rest comfortably and sleep well. No problem isolating here for a week. Wifi is strong too and there is a smart tv in the room. Will come back anytime for staycation definitely. Thank you once again to all the staff of Holiday Inn Little India. Take good care and stay safe everyone.

I have to say I was surprised at how homey it felt. I have issues sleeping and the bed was rather comfortable. They were gracious to do early check in, which was appreciated. Seelan was very hospitable and informative and Bonnie TY for the assistance. The pool area was quite enjoyable for hanging out. Breakfast was an Indian/ American combo, there were some good choices. Overall I'd say it's worth the money. Main reason for staying there was to explore the location and it served its purpose. I say give them a try!

It was our first staycation with Holiday Inn Little India and the experience was better than expected. We would like to express our gratitude to Ms Rachel, who assisted us upon checking in and running through the details of the hotel. The hotel location is easily accessible from the train station and there is a shopping mall located opposite the hotel. The room is relatively small but the design is elegant and every detail is taken into consideration. Blue Jasmine restaurant is a great place to dine in, we ordered their Mango Sticky Rice for snack and it was delicious. The gym is relatively small and there is only a handful of equipment, I would suggest adding some small scaled cable machines in future. Overall we enjoyed our staycation and we will be back soon !
